Call and wake the old codger up. After all, its only his birthday. Laugh

Off to the lake house with contractor.  Taking "old" [which was fairly new] counter top and sinks from kitchen to install there.  I will mow while they work.

Yesterday was a "day and a half".  In the AM, sawed up a BIG pine tree at the pond.  It was blow over and was 4 foot off the ground.  Then in the afternoon, trimmed all the shrubs.  Had pickup loaded as high as the cab top.  Did not haul to the pond woods.  Used my chipper shredder and ground it all to mulch.  Mulched my garden middles between the beds.  Will keep down the weeds and grass as wells as hold moisture.

Later.

Hi Chuck......  "today is a busy day."  It is your birthday!  Happy B-Day

You need to have some Beer to drink while dusting the layout.  Three Beer will make the chores go faster and provide you with a sound foundation for a nap later.

Sorry there are no Cheerios left for you to eat on the dining car this morning.  Someone stole the entire stash.  So you are stuck with a choice: grits, spackle, or drywall paste served up with Red Eye gravy, compliments of the Chief.  Or you could just eat Cake for breakfast.

Happy B-Day  Re your age on this glorious day, I have #51 in the POT pool, and the over/under is 3 right now.

We tried to get a copy of your birth certificate to verify your place of birth and date; but the President has invoked Executive privilege, secured it in Fort Knox, and won't release it until you announce you are running for President in 2016.  Smile, Wink & Grin

Have a good one!!!!!

Good evening.  Been a long day.  Had to do my case, which was a complicated, long affair that actually went very well.  Then, had to baby-sit on another case and do some running around for a emergency case that someone else did, but I had to take care of the work they would have been doing.  Finally, had a sales rep here and went out to dinner to discuss some of our department needs and future plans.  It is finally over and I am heading to bed.  Did want to stop by quickly as I needed to wish Chuck a happy 40th anniversary of his 29th birthday!  Hope it was a great one and that the year ahead is a fun and healthy one.  Congratulations friend.

Glad to see so many well wishers on this site.  It is a pleasure to come and chat with friends.  I too had Cheerios for breakfast, and will again tomorrow!

God Bless,
Dennis

Good Morning,

Tense morning at work. We have a few Unions on the Company properties and the Union that represents the meter readers and customer ops is ready to strike at midnight. This is an IBEW location and the IBEW is not honoring their picket line. May be problems.

Chuck, I am glad that you had a Happy Birthday.

Thoughts and Prayers for all in need.

Have a Great Day,

John

Morning to All,

Glad to see that Chuck had a great Birthday. Loved the Cheerios avatars.  Yesterday was an easier day at work, not so many meetings.  Came home and had left over chicken and potato salad etc from Mother's Day.  Just as good the second time around. I cut the grass and trimmed after dinner because the weather was great and we are busy over the next few days and didn't know when I'd get to it.

Better get going. I have a meeting out of the building this AM.

Take care,

Mitch

Aloha. It's 72 out and rising to hopefully another record today - yesterday's 90 broke a record from 1896, Love the heat. Glad Chuck is recovered from his celebrating. Looks like a long day of meetings. Still stuck at a red signal on Trainz iPad sim. LOL.

Good morning all,

Chuck, glad you had a nice birthday.  I had more Cherrios today with a big bannana cut up on it.  Now it's off for my appointment with the orthopaedic doctor to get results of MRI on my knee.

Prayers requested for a friend's wife who has had numerous hospitalizations for shoulder surgery that has gone South.  She had some metal replacement parts put in some time ago but it never got better.  Also, this is the second time it has become infected and the second time they have opened it up.  She is recovering now in a nursing facility.  I understand that they will have to remove the metal stuff which would leave her without any use of that shoulder or second choice would be to take anti biotics for the rest of her life.  They decided on the latter.  She is such a courageous person who never complains about life and does not deserve this.

Next door neighbor ( the one with 5 collies and a large boat) is having roof redone today.  He has been doing little favors for me lately like putting my trash cans away on pick up day and putting newspaper by front door in the morning.  I appreciate his kindness.  Just never expected it.  Anyway it's nice.  Maybe I can return the favor sooner or later.  I'm sure I will.

Have a good day all,

Ray
