Nah, on facebook, you can control which people see your info (just your friends see your page).  So basically, you can chat w/ every1 w/o a phone lol (best thing about it for me, I hate talking on the phone).

Welcome Kile, nice to see you at TMRP. I'm WCfan, you can call me Jordan, or WC. I usually drop by when I have MR projects. If you like to railfan check out TMRPs sister Thread Teen Railfan Place (TRP). http://cs.trains.com/forums/104/1311329/ShowPost.aspx#1311329

John, welcome to TMRP! Your Work is great!

SDL39 updates, none. I need more motivation to get started again! I also need my frame back, which my cousin has yet to get back to me...Angry [:(!]

Nothing new on my End... I might do a tutorial on Paint+Weathering track on NTRES at some point... Shortly I'll be placing an order on Walthers for the Double Track Swing Bridge, Motorizing Kit, Bridge abutments, and a Chooch Enterprises High Level Switchstand... I unscrewed the plywood, and removed the track from the module today. I need to get a sheet of Pink Foam now... Anyways, here's an older picture

Oh, and here's another plan... a 26"x48" N scale Transition Era Branch Line.

Yes they are WONDERFUL motivation to get my butt out of bed and go to school! Tongue [:P]

Actually I was planning on making a Missabe SDM AFTER my SDL39. A DME SD10 would be sweet, but first I need to find pics of DME power on the WC! Tongue [:P]

I vote we get back on topic...Whistling [:-^]

I also nominate Packers#1 as official tour guide.

I've been tracklaying in the new yard, so far I've got part of the mainline in, the east yard lead, and the switch to the locomotive facility installed. Photos will becoming soon.

In the meantime, I'll post an older photo of mine to try and get back on-topic...

Jordan, you better keep working on that SDL39 because I want to see what it looks like when it is done!!! If that isn't motivation I don't know what is! Meanwhile, I come back here because EJ&E 663 should hopefully be on its way here now! Also I'm looking into purchasing a Belt Railway GP38-2. I don't have any Belt Railway engines yet.

Nah, I got my rotary plow, don't need that one. But I would like to know what you used for snow in the pic with the IC GP30.

Me, I'm still waiting on decoders for my C425s. I ordered them from 4nscale.org 3 weeks ago. I emailed them after a week of waiting, they said they were on back order but on the way. Still waiting (2 weeks after the email)......

Vincent

Wants: 1. high-quality, sound equipped, SD40-2s, C636s, C30-7s, and F-units in BN. As for ones that don't cost an arm and a leg, that's out of the question....

2. An end to the limited-production and other crap that makes models harder to get and more expensive.

Probably B&M, since it says B&M in the url of the picture. Unless GG is trying to confuse us.

Working on a Norfolk Southern C2.  I'll probably detail it to look like it did after the 1907 rebuild (Pyle generator, different air compressor, etc.)  So far I've managed to pull the MDC 2-6-0 I'm starting with apart, file off the cast details, and move the steam dome.
There's just something about sailing. Maybe it's the pretty girl serving as a bow ornament.

I am going to try and model this.  I am going to have to some large modifications to the proto 2000 heritage steam collection 2-8-8-2

Here the prototype photo

And this is what I am starting with

Yup, I think it's B&M. Are those the drawbridges by Boston North Station in the background?

Yup!

I think its a small machine for cleaning the snow out of the station tracks, and because they couldn't throw it on people, they had to store it somewhere... in the shells of 2 tenders mounted on a 50ft flatcar frame...

Well GG, that is very interesting! I wonder what other railroads did in stations. I wouldn't think they all had crazy contraptions like this!
