The sun finally broke through, first time since Saturday morning and took a nap n the car, since I work so much. Love the warm weather, jusr wish I didn't work so much, I'd take the bike in....
Other than that, life is good and I love the drama free life!!
Other than working on the cars on Saturday, we'll see what adventures the weekend holds.
SummerNationals at E-town NEXT weekend, may be on the fire truck for fire/rescue at the event, which would be soooo coooollll!!!
I am the monster in your head...And I thought you'd learn by now, It seems you haven't yet.I am the venom in your skin --- Breaking Benjamin
Well it is over with Roy. 2 hours + on the phone and my ear was on fire. I am now a old guy.
Ended up with BCBS plan F medigap, Met Life option 1 for dental, Humana Wallmart part D for drugs and VSP for vision. About $2,500 a year for it all and can get up to 3K back from Cat as I spend it. Should work. Set up a medical only checking account to work it all in one place.
Just got the tax bill on the place and nice to see it did not go up $350.00 this year.
Got this picture the other day of the grand son from my daughter. She said, He said he p@@ps better if he reads his train book!!!!!
Got to love it.

Good afternoon from beautiful sunny 79°F Southern Ohio,
We got the keys to the new house last night. The three kids were with us for the final walkthrough and they were excited. Gabriel was able to walk to the house after basketball practice it is that close to school. We’ve got our Honey do list started and it is rapidly growing. I’m taking next week off to do the things we need to do before the movers show up.
A Marx New York Central set arrived day before yesterday from an ebay auction and I’ve not had time to open the box we’re that busy. Totally unacceptable!
On the critter front, the two New Zealand’s gave birth over the past two days, one had 8 and the other 10. Of those three from each litter will go the fair in August and the others to the freezer. Of the Netherland Dwarf does, hopefully we can trade one of their offspring for a New Zealand Buck. We’ve go a spot picked out for the rabbit cages next to the garage at the new house.
May God bless
Jim
Mornin' FellasBeen very, very busy!We had our last Daisy Troop meeting last night. I will say being one of their troop leaders was very rewarding and I will miss my girls immensely this Summer! They have all grown to be respectful, intelligent, caring, young ladies. The other leader and I were impressed that they had all learned the words to The Girl Scout Oath and were able to recite it without leadership last night. Christina has her last soccer game on Saturday, followed by a tournament on Sunday. Gotta get her signed up for Fall. I was informed last night that she is better at soccer than me. We'll let her keep thinking that for a few more years, then Daddy will show her how it is done. Matthew is growing up... much faster than I would like. Still have some behavior issues at school to work through (old daycare was terrible at correcting behavior and he is a bit disruptive during instruction time) SO wish we had moved him 3 years ago!Christina gave her last presentation at school yesterday (yes they are doing presentations in Kindergarten now), they had to choose a subject related to farming. She chose to talk about tractors. So we went through our pictures and found 7 related to various aspects of tractor use on a farm. Apparently she was the first kid to choose a topic other than a farm animal, so ALL of the kids were very interested in what she had to say! She tied it all into our family farm in Alabama.Sister and Brother-in-Law are coming tomorrow to watch the kids on Saturday while TheQ and I attend a wedding in DC. Can't wait to spend some quality time with TheQ, it has been far too long!Got the tickets for Hershey Park. Taking the kids for Christina's 6th birthday in July or August (I know her birth month, but we may have to go early due to TheQ's work schedule). Can't believe she is almost done with school and will be 6!Well gotta run... work is calling.

Good morning all,
Rare mid-morning post just to get a post toward the sharp end of the grid. Weather is fine and work is quiet. I hope everyone has a good day.
Keep on training,

Happy June - summer begins!
SJ - thanks for the donuts!
Kev - Anj - yep - my old man would comment similarly...
I have my Medicare file going - can apply July 1 - never thought I would be looking forward to that - always had good, reasonable cost, heathcare until recent years...
Regards, Roy
Had a crazy time last night, Katie's car had front wheel bearing go out, so they came out with Dan's old jeep left it here and picked up the Ranger, car hauler and Sandra's car.
The plan is that they will haul the dead car out here on the trailer and we will fix it on Saturday. So we are down to my Silverado.
62 heading to 78 with full sun. I could use some rain. I cut down a huge honeysuckle bush and ground out the stump last Monday and put down grass seed. It could use some water.
Waiting on a phone call to get my medicare enrollment stuff done.
Rich, Sorry about the GF thing. My dad used to say something I can't print and looking back I think he was right.
I was gonna add a Yankee Pot Roast to the title but I didn't
Happy June
