Had about 60 people at Produce today; recieved carrots, celery sticks, onions, potatoes.
For lunch today, on the warmer bar, you will find: chili (mild & w/spaghetti), vegetable beef soup, chicken noodle soup, and what's left of the roast, taters, carrots, and beef gravy.

Coffee is on, juice is being made as I speak. On the breakfast bar, you will find: turkey bacon, sausage, sausage gravy w/biscuits, fried taters (no hash browns this morning), scrambled eggs, and oatmeal & toast.

Okay, everyone: the tacos, enchiladas, black beans, Spanish rice, shreddeded lettuce w/diced onion and tomato are now on the warmer bar, for your dining enjoyment. Hope everyone is happy with their supper, and for dessert you have: chocolate pie, coconut cream pie, and pecan pie for dessert.

An aside - I had my radio set for the mainline channel, and as Amtrak was clearing the station, I heard an eastbound hit the defect detector a couple miles west of there. Knowing that many of the trains run through there at track speed (60), I shooed a bunch of people back from the track. Of course, those with cameras appreciated the heads-up, too...
