No kidding?  I could've sworn that was a telephoto shot.

Well Mook if she's anything like you she's a genius in the making!

Thanks for the feedback on the pictures.  On the WSOR picture (nose-on) there wasn't any zoom.  I was that close!  I'll be uploading more later today.  This morning was pretty hectic at work.  We had a guy at the Y collapse, seize and then lost consc/resp/pulse.  Was tense for a while but after a bit we got him back with the help of an AED.  Dan's message for everyone today: Learn CPR and how to use an AED (unless you already know, in which case...keep on keeping on!) as you have a good chance to save someone's life.  I've used one before but we had a new staff person who hadn't and she was awestruck at the situation.

Good morning, everyone.  Looking forward to another beautiful day, although it is a little chilly right now.  I'll save my walk for this afternoon.

Colin, hope your foot gets better, and you'll be off the crutches soon.

Had about 60 people at Produce today; recieved carrots, celery sticks, onions, potatoes.

For lunch today, on the warmer bar, you will find:  chili (mild & w/spaghetti), vegetable beef soup, chicken noodle soup, and what's left of the roast, taters, carrots, and beef gravy.

Everyone have a great afternoon, take care and stay safe.

Great shot, Dan!

This week looks calm around here with highs in the 30s and little or no precipitation. Next cold air blast comes this weekend, but it still looks dry.

Very cool shot, Dan, although I think I would've dialed the zoom back a bit and got more of the terminal in the shot (personal preference).  Great color.

Good Tuesday morning, everyone!  Hope everyone had a great night.  I overslept again, waking up just a few ago:  and this is PRODUCE TUESDAY!

Coffee is on, juice is being made as I speak.  On the breakfast bar, you will find:  turkey bacon, sausage, sausage gravy w/biscuits, fried taters (no hash browns this morning), scrambled eggs, and oatmeal & toast.

Everyone have a great morning, and I'll see you after Produce.

Well, I haven't heard back from LC, so I will assume the tacos, black beans and Spanish rice will be for supper tonight.

For lunch, we'll have:  BLTs, leftover roast, taters, carrots, leftover beef stew w/fresh baked cornbread, and there's plenty ( I made extra yesterday) creamed corn to have with lunch today.

Guess that's about it for right now, so everyone enjoy your lunch (and breakfast is still out for those on the west coast), and I'll talk with you later.

Okay, everyone:  the tacos, enchiladas, black beans, Spanish rice, shreddeded lettuce w/diced onion and tomato are now on the warmer bar, for your dining enjoyment.  Hope everyone is happy with their supper, and for dessert you have:  chocolate pie, coconut cream pie, and pecan pie for dessert.

If it's the train I think it is, Penn Station to Niagara Falls, all stops.  For all intents and purposes, a local....

An aside - I had my radio set for the mainline channel, and as Amtrak was clearing the station, I heard an eastbound hit the defect detector a couple miles west of there.  Knowing that many of the trains run through there at track speed (60), I shooed a bunch of people back from the track.  Of course, those with cameras appreciated the heads-up, too...

I'll take a couple of BLT's and taters, with a large PepsiDinner [dinner]

I should post my train pics on here, even if I only took three of them. I think I will do that.
