I would be happy to pay Adrian to mow it, but I think his "diesel" expense would be more than the gas/time to mow my yard. (He has a BIG truck and it is a diesel, and he also lives in Pennsylvania.) Well guess what I ate after work tonight? Cream of _____ soup? Wrong, I had Wendy's double cheeseburgers. hahahahaha. Got ya, didn't I? Man does not live by soup alone. QUOTE: Originally posted by jhhtrainsplanes Speaking of the color green and Kevin's environmental association with it--I am one of six people/families that regularily puts out my recycling container EVERY week. My new Mexicians neighbors do most of the time but not every week and the otherneighbors do occasionally. This has cut down on my household trash drastically. Our city started a recycling program about 10 years or so ago but it only lasted about 6 months. The previous program required that you sort everything and keep it separate for the truck to pick it up. This newer program let you throw everything into one container and they sort it later. The newer program seems to be working well and making the company who picks it up some money (selling the scrap metal, paper, etc.). I wish more people would participate in the program as it is something EVERYONE should do. Oh well, at least I am doing my part to reduce landfill trash and promote a cleaner environment. Now don't get me wrong, I am not setting in any trees with a shotgun trying to protect every tree, bird, fish, etc., but we do need to be more watchful of what we are doing to the place where we live.

Using a good sound system with a powered subwoofer and a programable vibrating computer chair puts me all-in the simulation. Question maybe you can answer- I can't get rid of the heads-up display in red on the top rh. Any ideas? I understand the upcoming AAR stand is software only and you build the hardware?

Gotta go check it out - they may be rebuilding the whole Lincoln yard and I am missing it - and the trains! But - If Nora wants to see Orange - we will show her all the construction cones throughout the city! Looks like a treasure hunt! Mook

With a good speaker system (Altec Lansing) with sub running MTS it is just incredible. I'm gonna have to call in sick tomorrow so I can play! Anyone else have one? I have one, and I love it! I also understand that they may be coming out with a version that replicates a traditional AAR stand. Either way, once you use the RailDriver, you'll never want to run MSTS or Trainz from the keyboard again! Actually moving a lever to advance the throttle or apply the brakes is SO much better than hitting keys. My usual problem was getting to the right key at the right time. I still manage to get into trouble from time to time, but at least if I want to apply some brakes, I know which lever to move.
