Anyway.........

Had a great show last night at the Barrymore theater with Gallagher, was nonstop laughs for three hours.  Got some pictures of him onstage and with the Sledge-o-matic, but my sister forgot the docking station for the camera, so I'll have to get pictures out over Thanksgiving day weekend.  (Got a few near-perfect timed shots of him hitting assorted foods, and one hit that backfiredWhistling [:-^])  Also managed to get my picture taken with him after the show, he cleans up quite nicely!!Bow [bow]

Saw an unusual load on a centerbeam flat Saturday morning, someone had thrown an easy chair on the deck, my sister and I burst out laughing at the sight of that.

Well, I'll be in the corner nibbling on some pizza, will clean up after we're done here, see everyone later........

There - I fixed the echo....  Discovered that you can't delete a post that has replies, however...

Sacto's suggestion for dinner sounds good.

Snowed ever so slightly here, but the air temp and the ground were too warm for it to stick.

7.  homemade buttermilk biscuits
8.  sauteed mushrooms & onion

Dessert will be:

1.  Apple pie

3.  Peach pie
4.  And the prerequisite chocolate cake
ALL DESSERTS WILL BE SERVED WITH ICE CREAM, IF SO
DESIRED.

Wouldn't you know it, today was nice and sunny, albeit a bit chilly.  Sounds like the upcoming holiday weekend will be quiet, which is good for us traveling folk.

Hmmmm, send your weather our way please.  Today has not been the nicest of days in that respect.
Glad we did our railfanning yesterday even though it was overcast. Today has been much cooler,
semi-windy and drizzling rain all day...........just enough to make you want to stay inside!
Hope we all can enjoy the upcoming holiday weekend and all be Safe!!

Well - it was hotdogs at 50 paces - If you were that close to this house fire, you could have roasted a hotdog....  The fire was really going when we were called - and as fully involved as any I've seen when I got there.

The place had been empty for 15 years, and there was no way we were going to save anything, so we didn't.  It's still burning, and we're all home.

Time for bed...

I would welcome Datafever as a neighbor anytime, should he ever decide to pack up and move to Sioux Falls. I would welcome almost any other member of this forum as a neighbor for that matter. It's cold here in Sioux Falls this morning, at last report we had 19 degrees. It is supposed to warm up here through the mid-50's through much of the week.

Good morning everyone. It appears that once again I am the first one here in the Diner this morning, so I think I will take charge of putting breakfast on. I've already made the coffee and mixed up a fresh batch of orange juice. And the hot chocolate is also ready - made with real milk and Hershey's chocolate syrup.

On the menu for this morning; bacon, sausage, hash brown potatoes, scrambled eggs, english muffins topped with peanut butter or anything else you like on them, buttermilk pancakes and french toast.Chef [C=:-)]

It's 19 degrees here in Sioux Falls, but it is supposed to warm up to about 50 degrees later this afternoon. The weather here is supposed to be fairly nice and warm during this Thanksgiving week. I will be headed out to work another shift as a bell ringer for the Salvation Army within a couple hours, and I will need to dress in several layers.

I hope everyone out there has a good day!

Good Monday morning to everyone.

Ray, thanks for getting breakfast this morning, and making
the coffee, cocoa, hot tea, and juice.

Everyone will have to fend for themselves for lunch today:
I'm getting ready to leave in about 1/2 hour for a meeting,
and I doubt I will be out of that meeting, to make it back
to fix lunch.  Glad there's enough leftovers from yesterday's
Sunday Dinner:  you all can just warm it up, unless you find
something else you'd rather have.  Just make sure you clean
up, please.  Thanks, and everyone have a great day.
