It depends on what you count as an active locomotive, I have a couple that are no longer used and I don't count these in my total. think I have about 16.

I know its well over a 100! Have been collecting them for years, allot of old Athearn that are still in ther original boxes, the rubber band drive ones, about 20 or so of the Bachmann heavy diecast GP and F3 from the 70's, about 15 to 20 AHM staem, 15 or so MDC kits that I built. Wait a minute! To many! I need to get rid of some of these! Shelves are getting full, and what the hell am I going to do with all these? I run Mostly Proto now and the Athearn BB.

I just cracked the 10 barrier, but I have only just started. All N scale,

3 GP38
1 F7
1 0-6-0 slant tender steamer

3 Briti***anks

4 German era-3 steamers

As you can guess I am not sure what my focus is going to be yet! The BR tanks run on my daughters layout.
