My only issue is when Chuck cancelled the Limo, I cancelled the flight arrangements, I just checked and they don't have any more Big Seats.  So I'm out of luck.

Still can't make the trip.

Brent,

I give up.

I've only tried to point out the obvious but apparently have failed miserably. To be perfectly clear--when someone continuously has to remind everyone who they are or who they are not, it only serves to draw undue attention to themselves. And in most cases it has the opposite effect than the one intended.

EVENING ALL,    I'm feeling old tonite, three grandsons and wife to the fair. $1.00 rides today till 6 Pm.Gave them 10 tickets each and sent  them off. 12 year old did a good job of looking after the 7 & 5. It sure made it easier for us. So no trains today but perhaps a little looking around the train room later.

I'll be dropping by later to catch the evening pots so everyone play nice. This thing going on: I have my ideas about it but have decided to keep it to myself for as been mentioned we have a good group here and I like it that way.           Sir James.

Perhaps you can talk to Keith (torpedo1688) about me lying and or the other subject of us. He and me had a nice conversation, maybe you can answer you questions by asking him.

Yall take one thing and beat it to death. 1 sentence can start an argument, I find that a bit sad.

Dennis, Imagine if you was in my place. Imagine if you was me. You wouldnt feel that great with your brother in the hospital with a near death accident. You seem to be what your accusing me to be. You wont let it go. Your trying to make everyone trust you and believe you when your just somebody you say yourself is not. Have a good day.

Everyone here on the forum,

I am sorry to say this, but for some reason, I am feeling that I have been talking to Deputy (before he became nice again) I think I may take a leave from posting.

Have a nice few days, weeks, months?!?! Whatever, I will be back when this finally goes away completely.

Good evening,

Sir James, Sounds like Lionel is about to deliver.  I'm not one to jump right into something new, but will be interesting to see and hear some reports from the early users, before laying out the big bucks.

Laz, You guys got a lot of layout work done in a short time.  Next time I need help, I'll give you a call.

Nice day today, not to hot.

Last evening was members night at the Harrisburg Chapter of the National Railroad Historical Society. I had a display of 12 PRR engines along with a short history of the prototype and a picture. Only thing I forgot was my camera.
There were no operating O gauge layouts, but there was static display of tinplate and two members who were in outfits that operated military trains, one in WW2 and the other Korea had a display of literature and a train of armor on flat cars that was the length of 3-8' tables. Also 3 operating HO layouts and one N. Lots of other stuff, pictures, lanterns, clocks, signs, etc. It was a fun night, I took my 86 year old uncle who is a former PRR, Penn Central, Amtrak railroader.

Got a call from the LHS (Barry's) that my MTH, PRR L1 Mikado (lettered for Lehigh & New England) has come in. Hope to pick it up tomorrow. The PRR sold some of these to smaller roads after WW2.

Take care,

Colin,
Don't leave, or stop posting because of something someone else does.  The only reason to stop posting is if YOU get banned (which I just can't see happening).

On another board that I frequent, we have a standing, unwritten policy... if you don't like someone then don't responde to them.

YOU are a quality contributor here on the boards, and I would hate to see you not post (and if you aren't posting how do I know when you are going to be in the area so I can join you and your father at the B&O Museum?)

----
Grayson and Dennis - if you can't get along, then don't responde to each other... Wink [;)] Or we'll have to sit each of you in seperate corners like my grandmother used to do to me and my cousin! Mischief [:-,]

So Susan is watching my posts now and telling me when I make a typo!  She's worse than Fife! Shock [:O]

Evening all. My wife got home from the hospital yesterday. I spent a lot of the day trying to figure out what I'd do next. I even looked into what the drug costs in Canada. It's about $100 less for a month's supply, but still over $300, and the exchange rate doesn't help much anymore.

This morning I wrote a letter to my boss, and it quickly went up the corporate ladder. Then the HR director got in touch with the insurance rep. Soon the insurance company called the doctor, and now she can have the medicine she needs. I thought I made a pretty convincing case, once I laid all the facts out. I guess I was right. My boss thought it was ridiculous, his boss agreed, and HIS boss went so far as to call it a crisis.

Thanks for your concern and prayers.

Have a nice few days, weeks, months?!?! Whatever, I will be back when this finally goes away completely.

1st and foremost: to all who need prayers for family members, and pets mine go out to you guys.

i know i have not posted on the pot in a while but i just have to get this off my chest about a certian member who is causing alot of people on this forum grief. i'm not the one to judge but something should be said about it. i am no bigger or better than anyone person on this forum. i think we are all equal in gods eyes by all means.

tmcc man: i have noticed the same thing from the get go about deputy/zeke/grayson. i think, well let me say i know that these 3 people are the same people, because they all act alike and are doing the same thing as to the way they are telling these stories about someone dying, getting hurt in accidents and all. it just sounds to familiar.1st it started out as deputy then he died off. then came along zeke who scamed alot of you guys who atarted to feel sorry for him that had a condition/heart failure then got out of the hospital the next day after triple heart bypass surgery. then comes along magicman/grayson who says he and zeke are real close friends, and he knows zeke real well. then his brother gets in a near fatal accident, and 2 days later he's out of the hospital walking around and up stairs with a broken femur as he said. just my opinion doesnt this sound to familiar. if i'm not mistaking dbaker started a post about wy i'm dont i get treated fairly. the chief commented on something and there he was to lash out and say are you talking about me. then the cheif comes back with a comment the problem has just been solved. if you put 2 and 2 together these 3 are the same person.  i dont know if you know but he tried to/ well he did make a comment on my post that i have with my layout about the quality pics that are on my post of my layout to get me to lash out at him. i just kept my cool and didnt respond as i didnt want it to get nasty between him and i and get my post deleted as i enjoy posting for you guys and letting you guys see my work. from me to you if the quality isn't great/good enough for you then dont look at it.its guys like this that ruin it for everybody. i dont blame you for doing what you said you are going to do and that is not post for a while. the forum moderators should have picked up on this already, but i see they havn't. they are going to let this person whomever he is make alot of folks leave the forum because of his childishness. hope all is well with you and please keep posting, because by you not posting is making him think that he has won and he has something over you. if we keep posting and pointing him out mybe they will get the picture and boot him from this forum. until then please stay on track for the sake of all the guys who really like talking about, and playing with trains. you are one of the great contributors to this forum and to lose a guy that has alot of knowledge about trains that can help a guy like me out if i have problem that i need help with. man thats just the start of the rest of these great guys taking their knowledge elsewhere. if i'm not mistaking frank53 has already taken his knowledge elsewhere and is not posting as much here as he use to. i belong to this forum and the ogr forum. i go to ogr to look at the progress the frank53 has made as he doesn't post alot of his work here anymore. just from the looks of his layout he's another great guy who has alot of great knowledge with trains who has moved on because of this certian person. not to dis the other forum or down them there is alot more knowledge here than there just my opinion.  how many more will we have to lose before the forum moderators get the picture.

tmcc man  please keep chugging along like the little engine that could, and enjoy this great hobby of ours. keep posting as for the rest of us. i'm asking you to.

Brent, you're not far off. I actually looked into it once. A GED is OK, but you do have to have an associate's degree. But the degree doesn't have to be in biology or anything else relevant to health care. You just have to have one. Since I have a 4-year degree I'm probably overqualified, even if that degree is in journalism. Journalism has nothing to do with health care, but a journalist would ask the doctor some questions and we can't have that.

jef/john, The word from the reps is it's on the way. One thing for us to keep in mind is the engines with legacy can be run with our TMCC just won't get all the new dodas to work. They .brought two controllers and passed them around for us to try,you can make lashups of engines facing different directions and once programed you run them as a single train.Marker lites change color according to direction, whistle horns AND bell can change tones, you can preset the train speed like a cruise control and when it reaches that speed it stays there.Just some of the  things I remember. I hope that helps tell a little of whats in legacy.                    Sir James
