Good Morning from a wet Southern Ohio,

I do not go to nights tonight, but I do go to nights on Monday the 6th.  The second coat of paint I used in the train room must of had a sightly different tint.  Wet it looked great, but dry you see a difference, so a more careful 3rd coat is planned.

At work now and the crane rail has some loose bolts so until those are repaired and inspected our building is pretty much at a stand-still.

Bob K, your input into the CTT was informative, entertaining and I really enjoyed them.  Good luck and may God bless you and your future plans

May God bless

Jim

Morning.  Howdy 8N.  Banks, that is right.  Breathing the smoke is bad too.

Hot and humid.  Chance of a thunderstorm.  What's new.  Was too dry for a while.  Now soaked.

Have a good one.

And a Happy August 1st to one and all.......

Bob K - May fortune smile upon you and yours.  Hope to see you soon, thank you for your friendship and advice.  I will miss your BTB series.

Slow start to the work day, rain and drizzle on the way in, now partly sunny.  Softball later if it dries up, then County Fireman's Meeting at a nearby station.  I have been told that I finally made Life Member, but will hold that enthusiasm until I actually recieve the cerificate in my hand.

That's all for now, from Central Jersey.............

It has been a while since I was on page 1 of the 'Pot.

Banks - stand upwind from the poison ivy while you are burning it.  Breathing the fumes is not good.

All for now

Not sure how the USAF said it, but in the Navy it was " wish you fair winds and following seas " Bob you will be missed.

Ditto to RT's post.

Hello there,

burnt another brush pile today while it was drizzling. Now for the tree I've been dreading. This one was covered in poison ivy. It's pretty well dried up but I'm still using precautions. Long sleeves, gloves and a heavy layer of petroleum jelly on my face.

Watching grandkids tomorrow while daughter meets the oncology team to learn what is next.

Night all.

Prayers for those in need
