Hey the Silverado is still in my garage. The banks were closed today so they told me to keep it in the hope I would take the bate. I do think I will buy it.

Afternoon/Evenin' All.

Pretty pooped tonite, finished setting up new mailbox this morning after a good start yesterday with pouring a base. Also planted a couple flats of groundcover on the slope behind the house, probably end up being a salad bar for the gophers. As steep as that hill is I felt like a mountain goat, as opposed to just being an old goat, trying to maintain a foothold and not slip slide away.

BOC, here's the outfit you guys need :

Good evening all,

IIABSDISEI with temps in the 50s.  Mowed the yard and had the oil changed on 2 vehicles today.  Did some errands as with the "saucy wench".  Good day.  Still have lots to do.  TBIL, but I think someone else will have to drive.  Some of the passengers were complaining about all the barrel rolls.  I hope everyone has a good day.

Keep on training,

Hey Guys....

busy busy busy...work and firehouse stuff.  Cleaned up my rooms yesterday and Saturday was town day after work.  Longs days.

Have another trip to Radnor, PA .... another interview.  I was initially snubbed when I submitted my app, but I blew a gasket and sent a terse replay which got my interview.  Group of 7 of us 1 position.  Should be interesting.  If they tell me I'm slow on the computer again, I'll scream.  Just tired of living hand to mouth...

Neon is going back to it's original owner this week....I've worn it out and since I can't keep it and invest $100's in it, he's getting it back.  Pulsar and wagon are on the clock next....

Probe- nice call on the shortys...Thumbs Up

Nice shelves, Ray....I'll have to get a picture of my stuff in bins.....75% of my stuff is marked Lionel...Laugh, the rest is die cast funny cars, dragsters and pro stocks....and the occasional fire fighter figurine...

Happy Anniversary s to all I've missed....and Angel for those in need.  I hace to go swap out my BIL's Miata (which I've been using) and go get the neon.  I have to park it at work overnight for my rental car tomorrow.

Check ya later!!!!!

Spanky - prayers continue for Tyler.  This is a tough time, when they lose their immunity, but just be careful like they tell you.  We were too keep the area clean, keep visitors to a minimum, and use hand sanitizer, etc.

AF53 - AWESOME picture!  Love it!

8NT - Belated Happy Anniversary!  Ours is in August, 18 years and going strong Smile

RIJ - Yeah, it became a decision of priority - nice big backyard that I want or finished house that will benefit us all, and a new layout that I want Laugh

Man, just seems like this weekend shot by - was feeling under the weather and didn't really do much, but I did get some time to read, watched some tv shows I like, and talked to some friends on the chat thingie.  My son and I finished our videogame that we have been playing, too Thumbs Up

SJ can drive tonight - no rolls, but lots of loop-d-loops I'm sure!

RIP Chewy - best dog I ever had.

Sunny and 60's today.

I plan on taking some pictures of the halloween layout when I get it set up at the museum on Saturday.

Got the shell of my caboose project primed yesterday.  Now to work through the three color paint job.  Going to try some liquid mask type product on this one.

All for now.

Mornin' boys.  Mornin' English.  Grey & 48 here in the Mid-Atlantic region.  Chatty bunch: 7 pages since I posted Saturday morning.  It was a pleasant anniversary (7th) weekend in WV.  Wifey and I scouted out our new home site (deal not finished yet, but looking great).  Pulled out the uke and sang Baby I Love Your Way (Frampton).  Was a good night...Devil  Spent Sunday morning attending church where we got married, then the afternoon visiting my parents up on the mountain.  Nice easy drive back home yesterday, just in time to watch O's even the series.

Good morning. It's 47° with 99% humidity. It'll be partly cloudy with a high of 78°.

Cool outside this morning but still no heater required inside. Nothing special on the agenda today except to stay out of the cool air as much as possible.

Mornin' Fellas

Spanky - continued prayers for Tyler!

Fife - Happy Anniversary!

Well I was able to get into the trainroom this past weekend and get the transition track from level 1 to level 2 about 90% complete. Still need to cut and install the ceiling tiles and then put the foam subroadbed down and secure it all with screws... this weekend for sure. I also got the last adjustment made on the main level track and will install the ceiling tiles and foam subroadbed on that track as well. That will mean I can then build and scenic the 'open' tunnel and get the superstructure built for the last remaining mountain... should have all that done this weekend and may be able to start building the last mountain.

Will definitely get some pics posted. I need 6 tapered walls for around the bridge abutements. I have 2 concrete wings and two cut stone wings. I'm thinking of using the cut stone wings on the abutements for the girder bridge (have to get one more set) and use the concrete wings on the abutement for the truss bridge... just not sure it will look right or if I should just buy 2 more cut stone wing sets... will post pictures.

Later she was playing her toy piano and stopped, put her hands up by her ears and rocked back and forth, then scruntched her hands. We were trying to figure out what she was doing. When I dropped her off at daycare this morning I asked her teacher and she said 'OH! (chuckle) She was doing The Hokie Pokie! Is is one of her favorite song and dances.' Good Morning,

Prayers for Tyler!

Had a good day yesterday, was quite busy due to the holiday.  Was doing 5 trips an hour most of the day, simply "Load and Go", made the day go by quickly.  Took desert over to Inlaws and had a nice visit.

In case some are interested the "Hell on Wheels", has 2 episodes doing a encore run, tomorrow.  May want to set the DVR, its on A&E.  Also Trains & Locomotives is running an episode on Narrow Gauge, the first installment featured the DRG, and had Goose #7, and # 4, Was interesting looking forward to next part.

Looks like rain may be on the horizon will be interesting to see how much we actually get.

Hoe everyone has a great day, Later
