HudsonJohn - Maybe that's her problem. I always "only" get mine with spicey brown mustard. They still have the same dogs as before. Here's some history about them:
Galloping Hill originally served pork and beef wieners made by nearby Gaiser's Deli. When the business changed hands in the 1980s, they stopped making traditional German wieners, and supposedly the owners of Galloping Hill got a hold of the recipe, which they sent off to Connecticut meat packer Grote & Weigel who still custom-makes these old-fashioned, natural casing dogs just for Galloping Hill.
My advise is when she wants chili toppings, make it at home!
BTW, I'll see ya Sunday!

Prayers Dougsnotagrump - lots of prayers. Let us know what we can do to help you guys out
Charlene had her doctor appointment today and her liver numbers were better. They are changing some meds to help with her hemoglobin and reduced her to 1 visit a month. Also, she is allowed to return to full time at work as of July 1st.
Watching some old Will Hays movies I got - 9 movies for like $20. I have to convert them so we can watch them in the US though, but that's no big deal.
A dry day in Saint Louis - have to mow the lawn tomorrow night. I'm working OT on Saturday to earn back the money I paid out to get that tree cleared away. I split the cost with my neighbor as it was right on the property line and I didn't want him to just (with my help) put it back in the woods behind his fence. Don't want mice and snakes all over the place in a year or two.
We're going to have someone come in and "design" some landscaping for the front yard, so I'm going to get a bid on a terrace or wall in the back to cut down the slope on my back hill, so I can use a riding mower back there. I need to start planning ahead.
TARDIS is ready - let's go boys!
RIP Chewy - best dog I ever had.
Another nice day here - low 80's and sunny.
DDG - hope you recover quickly.
All for now.
Doug Da G - Prayers for speedy recovery
Doug M - so sorry about the car but thank God no one was hurt.
Regards, Roy

Good morning all,
IIABSDISEI with temps in the 70s. Despite only having 10 players and playing the only team who had a perfect record coming into the game, we won 3-0 last night in a hard fought game. Lucas did well again and I did not lose the game for us so it was a great night. We have one truly great player who carries the team on his back, but we have several other very talented players as well and we all work together well. Work went well. I had the regular fare on the dining car for breakfast before sending it on to "Points East". TBIL and I can drive. I hope everyone has a good day.
Keep on training,
Mike C. from Indiana
Good Morning,
Doug, Prayers and a Speed Recovery.
Traindood; Mission accomplished.
On a sad note, one of our substation techs was killed while on duty in Afghanistan. Please remember Army Sgt. James W. Harvey in your prayers.
Busy morning here.

Hello all,
Doug, Be careful sent.
Mom's first treatment is Friday the 1st. Thanks for your prayers
Finally getting unwound from a week away. Hill Climb on Sunday.
Son had to re-plant one field of soy beans. Very very poor germination. The seed was replaced but time and fuel were not. Hope to get the last of the first cutting hay on Monday. Barley is ready for the combine.
Probe, awhile back you posted some photos of Toy Town. Could you point me to them again? I want to try to locate a Merry Go Round similar to the one in their window.

It is a cool 64 degrees. Cloudy. Going up to 80 today with more rain due.
Today is an easy day. I have a few chores to do and then I will relax. Maybe do some reading. Not much else new here.
Buckeye is attending a big Engineer's Meeting with Mickey and Goofy this weekend.

Hi GUYZ,
Got some heavy rains last nite gotta check the streams to see if we go trout fishin? Played GOLF last nite I lost. Was tied coming into last hole. Blasted a tee shot 275 yrds, had 110 yrds. to go to the green, took a wedge and placed it in the parking lot and lost. Oh well beers tasted good.
DOUG DA GRUMP, PRAYERS for you. Gotta start a workout plan for you. Please keep us posted.
Stay frosty and watch your topknot,
Oh yea....
CHUCK and BUCKEYE, TGIF!!!
Aloha from a grey and cool Chicago. Wow, prayers for Doug, Bank's mom and Sgt. Harvey's family. So gloomy this month. Tossed the baseball in the front yard last night until it started raining again, then ran trains with the youngest. Taking the youngest to a pool party tonight if the weather holds. Personally, I don't go near the water when it's 60.

Good Morning
63 and lite rain.
Wow it's the last friday in June already, why do summer month's just fly by. Been out, got a haircut and gas for the mower. Reg is at $3.45. Down from $3.99 a few weeks ago.
TGIF for you working guys, but they are going fast..S.J.
The baby was up early this morning so he went with me for a run. The three-mile run is not so easy when I have to push an 11-month-old baby in a jogging stroller. I don't mind though because he loves being outside with the wind blowing his hair. I have a fair amount of work to take care of today but Friday's do get crazy sometimes.
Dougagrump - I hope you are resting and recovering well.
Hudson - I pray for all our military members and families daily, but I will specifically pray for your soldier's family today.
Brutus - It's always great to hear about your wife's progress.
Mike C. - Kudos to Lucas and the team.
Good day,
Joe
Good Mornin' Ya'll From Still Cool & Still Rainy Taxachusetts,
Based on the forecast, it appears that unseasonably cool and wet weather will continue here at the entrance to Cape Ann Taxachusetts. Works for me except for lawn mowing, or lack thereof. Keeps the water and electric bills down to just merely obscene. High 50s now and light rain, won't reach 70 until Sunday, and the rain will still be with us into next week.
My wife entered her first-ever canine competitive obedience trial this past weekend. Summary: Maximus was sub par both days, but the wife handled him through it. We had a tough judge, but she/we came away with two third place finishes and two legs towards Maximus' first competitive obedience title.
DougDG.....you were the first person I thought of when I got up this morning.
Brutus.......that was great news on your better half, yet again. I hope she is still taking the long view and is happy with the progress. Re the landscaping plan, your yard pitch, and your rider......rollovers are far too common, and there was a fatality in the news here just last week. The victim was mowing across an incline/decline in his yard instead of up and down. Rider tipped over on top of him. Wife found him lifeless in the yard. Stay safe!
MikeC........congrats on the "upset" 3-0 victory. Win or lose, being able to play on the same team with your son is very special. Have someone take video or pictures for posterity.
V8.......fun done correctly can be tiring!!!!!!!!!
LAZ......your golf story struck close to home. Golf and I do not a happy match make. I stink. The last time I was out, we were on the final hole, a par 3. Since all of us were of vastly different skills, we only made the final hole the one that determined who bought the first round of beers in the clubhouse. I sliced my tee shot. The ball landed right on top of a maintenance building and could be seen bouncing up and down on the roof and came to rest on the ground. I immediately declared it my best shot all day and got (actually kept) the rest laughing, including the foursome cued up behind us. I hit a wedge on my second shot, cleared the trees, cleared the water, and landed 3 feet from the pin. I then drained the putt and never picked up a golf club again. Instead of beer-scented smoke fluid, how would deer-scented smoke fluid float your boat?
DougM.......as disappointing as son's your car snafu was, I can tell you are relieved. Don't let the "totalled" get you down. My Dad always used to say "Any automobile accident you can walk away from is a good one" and "The car can be replaced, you can't." Bet your boy learned a lot from this one....."EXPECT that all other drivers in every conceivable scenario will do exactly what they shouldn't, exactly what you DON'T EXPECT.
Traindood.......Rolling Rock is a strong seller up my way.
Later, gang.
Lunch Time,
Busy day today.
SJ, I pid $3.51 a gallon this morning. You are doing better than us.
Traindood, I will keep an eye out for the package. AH, Rolling Rock aka Rock and Rolls, the first "nips". Many a night discussions on what the numbers, I believe were 33 stood for.
Running the trains tonight.
Have a Great Day,
Dougdagrump, prayers and best wishes for your speedy recovery.
#2 son is home again from travel. He really enjoyed having a home cooked meal for a change.
No trains last night. Too hot in garage.
Still walking everyday for at least 20 minutes. Knee is still holding up. Had last PT visit yesterday and will see doctor next Wednesday. Went walking in the park this morning and saw picnic being set up for Seniors in our town. I fogot all about it and did not make reservation. Oh well, there is always next year.
Had my first dip in swimming pool this year yesterday. Water was just right. When I picked up my son from the airport, had to walk a long way from nearest parking place. I slept good last night.
Summer is here!
Later, Ray
