After reading the Chief's postings about his neighbors, I do believe that there must be a Federal Prison nearby that feeds the population the idiots and dolts needed for the his stories or do we assume that this is the normal unscrupulous population of Roseyville.
Yesterday, I had a great kidney stone attach while I was at work. It was a 5 mm rock.
So today, I went back to work to complete pay estimates and change orders.
Needless to say I read fifey's wild dream sequence. Booze combined with drugs must be the real culprit. I can't wait for a real saucy boat story this summer.
Really a crappy day here today. It is 46 with no snow, wind or rain. The only redeeming winter feature is that the sun is not out. I was looking forward to shoveling about five feet of snow this January.

Fifey ... ya just left me hangin ..... .... when's part 2 ??
Good afternoon all,
It is cloudy and mild in SE Indiana. Got the March CTT yesterday and read some of it. Some impressive collections and some nice layouts. Really the two on the display layout. Congrats on page 30 to one of our own! Also check out page 43. Is that Shake and Bake's neighbor boarding the Tardis? Good ride on the Tardis last night. TBIL anytime. I had bacon and biscuits on the dining car before sending it on to "Points East". The "saucy wench" is gradually getting better. Unfortunately, train smoke does not work for her as it does for "Fifey-wifey". I hope everyone has a good day.
Keep on training,
Mike C. from Indiana
Morning [really noon]. Slept till 8:30 and phone rang [Town Commissioner wanting a briefing]. Really was not too long ago I was up [4 AM] from cell ringing. Neighbor's wife was in Raleigh and the daughter that stayed behind to calm down Daddy was at Exxon up the street crying. Seems Daddy was getting drunker and since wifey was not there, throwing af it claiming she had run off with some man [??????]. Slaming and banging. So I dress and drive to Exxon and get daughter in truck. Call PD to check in with me in case Daddy wants to come down the street. 15 minutes later wife comes driving up and get daughter. Daddy's sister comes up about the same time. Every thing stays cool. Got home and could hear cussing and "GD's" flying around inside. Now sister, her hubby and more of HIS family there and drinking. They are the problem. They bring the alcohol and get him going. Mostly because he now has money they can try to get from him. Wife and children are in Raleigh with oldest daughter. Told her to stay there. PD is aware and watching. If he gets too bad, he is gone.
Now for a shower and shave. Might run to Edna's and pick up a flat car with bassboat on it.
Sunny and warm. Rain made everything soggy. Later.

RockIsland - Iowa Interstate has painted their ES44 into your namesake. Looks sharp.
What You mean I lost most of my post due to website maintainence?
I said good morning last night.
And all this time I have been using "coal" scent. So that's the problem.
35 this AM way over normal, 45 and rain tomorrow. But back to winter come tuesday. Still january? I think it must be five or six weeks long. Trains and tv today, no outdoor stuff planned. Enjoy the weekend....S.J.

Fife - you are too funny! Hope it's true! You needed to start off by saying "Dear Sweet Tea Forum: I never really believed all those stories I read in the Coffee Pot were true, until...."
Had to get up and make half a dozen calls to girlscout ladies - all of them were coming to get our daughter!
Taking my Dad to see the new Holmes movie today - ttfn!
RIP Chewy - best dog I ever had.
I see a run on smoke fluid sales coming!
WOWWWW!!!!! Here I am, home with the kids while bride is doing the nurse thing at the hospital and I read Fife's post Didn't know the effects of smoke....like Doug, I'll have to start turning the units on. I can hear the future phone calls..."Honey, another case of smoke fluid arrived today!"
Hope to do a few train related items today, but want to make some progress on honey dos first. Right now, the kids want pancakes, so I know what I will be doing.

Oh almost forgot,
Ran trains for 2hrs. NO PILE UPs! Then watched BARRETT JACKSON in recliner until I fell asleep at 1015.
Hi GUYZ,
21 and frosty here but sunny. Going to clear out back porch today, getting ready to demolish it in a few weeks then we are going to put on an addition. A room that will be 16x20 along side that will be a BR and then along side that a walk in closet for wife. Construction start is March 1st. I will be doing all the inside work and all the finished woodworking. I'll post pics when done.
FIFE, MANLY scents there. Show me where to buy them at YORK? BIGBOY!!!!!!
LOL.
Aloha all from a grey and dark Crystal Lake. I was looking for the Tardis last night but missed everyone. Worked late, then ran trains later. Going to take the youngest to the chipmunk movie later, then drive an hour to visit with some college friends. Got some cryptic texts from my bride about not quite fitting in at snow camp with 921 teens from church. I can imagine...Whoa, Fifedog - I must 'turn on' my smoke units if they are that effective.
Mornin' boys. Sunnny & 30 here in the Mid-Atlantic region. Good to be off of daywork again. Wild one last night in Fifedom. Was down in the trainroom 'til way after kids were asleep. Walked up the second floor steps, and noticed light was coming from under master bedroom door. Opened the door and Wifey is smiling. She has on her black teddy with the spaghetti straps. She asks what cologne am I wearing. "No cologne. It's a mix of Protosmoke diesel and Christmas scents." "It's a good working man smell," she says. "I see you're wearing your new safety orange Chessie t-shirt", she says. "It really makes your pecs stick out." "Won't you come over here Big Boy?" (Funny, I always considered myself more of a docksider...) Next thing I know, the teddy dro

Chuck--you are not up alone ... grandaughter is here and she decided 5:15 AM was a good time to get up and do "stickering" in her new book! Sure is dark That's OK, I think I see a nap this afternoon for ME.

So many roads, so little time.
Good Morning from Blueberryhill....
It's dark outside. 34 degrees. Going up to 45 today with a chance of rain.
Just thought I'd post now, before the 7 am shut down. I think everyone is sleeping. How come I'm not. I wake up early every morning.
Today is a busy day. I have a project to assemble. Wife bought a storage thing. I think this will keep my assembly skills sharp. Then, I will run trains, this afternoon. Relax.
Dining car is coming down the tracks. I can hear the whistle. Probably the usual for breakfast.
Y'all have a great Saturday.
Chuck
Up late as neighbor's wife called. Grady has been drinking and was rowdy. Then PD showed up and that made things worse. I finally sent PD away and he got better. Seems his sister and some more folks came with more than beer. If they would stay away, he would do good. He is doing better now.
sir james I just in case the site is down tomorrow AM GOOD MORNING, if we get in, disregard this greeting..LOL

Just sit down with a bowl of hot grits and enjoy.
Gooooood night.
Brutus - Don't worry about the cake - just take Bill Cosby's attitude about it, as put forth in 'Fatherhood'.
Hi guys - sorry, I'm so late. Visited with Char after work and then hooked up with the kids and our friends who were watching them for a friend's birthday party - didn't leave until after 9 and didn't get home until 10. Kids had too much soda and cake - bouncing off the walls. But, it's good for them sometimes, you know Di had to be admitted yesterday afternoon, but was released this morning in much better shape and plans to go home to KC tomorrow morning. Had lunch with my father-in-law at St. Louis Union Station and talked some trains too. Nice talk with SJ on the phone tonight while I was waiting for the people to show up for their party. Sorry I missed you guys. Glad to see the Tardis went off without me, you guys have fun and I'll catch up tomorrow - Ole Mills, rootbeer or tea on me
Chewy says BARK!
Another gray 40-ish day here. A few stars out tonight, though.
Brutus - great news! We'll keep your bunch in our thoughts and prayers.
Good news at work this afternoon - our plant was awarded a new part that will be going into production in 2011. Another thing to keep me busy desigining, building, and developing the tools. Busy is good - it keeps those Social Security coffers full.
Ought to be an interesting week at the plant next week. We have big wigs, mukety-mucks, and grand pubas scheduled for visits for a couple of days. We've had a paint crew painting walls most of this week and a crew grinding and re-finishing the concrete floors in two of the main ailes today getting ready for the visit.
Enjoyed some Vienna franks we brought back from Michigan when we visited for Christmas at dinner tonight. Should have brought back some Vernors to go with them.
My Boy Scout box car was supposed to get delivered to the LHS this week. I'll have to stop by tomorrow to see if it did or not.
All for now.
Good night all. TIRED. Sat down after a plate of General's Chicken and eggrolls. Was watching a movie and was just awaken by Lucy jumping in my lap. She wanted out. Still misting rain and chilly. I'm going to bed. Got all my shelves in [need more]. Storing engines and etc. Still have backroom table full. BIG YAWN Hey, tomorrow. Sleep tight and God bless all.
PS: so sleepy forgot to mention I had a call from some Yankee in PA [out from Harrisburg]. Was a great surprise. Good talking to you John F.
Good Evening
Brutus could be a little late but not to worry, I had a key made for the Tardis. A lazy day for me we did have our friday out meal but that was the only time I left the house. Banilla is ready and so am I....S.J.
