First, I want to wish Mrs. Kohjoe a very Happy B-Day [bday]!  Hope it is a very good one!!

All we got at Produce today was cabbage and potatoes.   So, we will have boiled cabbage with roast, taters and carrots for lunch, along with green beans, corned beef, cole slaw and for dessert, there is birthday cake and ice cream.

...A beautiful day it is here in Muncie for the first day of Spring....!

Had my John Deere out for service man this morning scheduled to stop by and do some maintenance work but he had a family emergency and now it's postponed until next week....Looking at the yard and if we continue to have sunshine and mod. temps....I will need to start the mowing routine by sometime next week...Guess that's a good thing.

Those rolls and buns sure are good!  Thanks Emma!  CW as usual your accessories for those buns are top notch and delicious.  I'll take a big plate b/c I have to work longer today, so I'll need my strength.  Back later!  Happy first day of spring everyone!

Good Tuesday morning, everyone!  Would you believe it?!?!  I actually woke up at 5 a.m. this morning.  But I'm still kind of sleepy.  Must be due to the fact that we're getting light rain outside, with fog to boot!!  That's going to make for an interesting Produce Tuesday this morning.

Looks like Dan picked a winner, requesting the spaghetti w/meatballs last night.  There wasn't even a crumb left last night.

Emma, thanks for making the cinnamon rolls and sticky buns!  I've set out a couple pans of each on the warmer bar, and they sure do smell delicious this morning!  And to go with them are:  turkey bacon, sausage, sausage gravy w/biscuits, oatmeal, toast, hash browns, and there is cantaloupe chunks in the cooler.

Everyone have a good morning, and take care.  I'll see you all later this morning, after I finish up with Tuesday Produce.

Glad you all enjoyed the chicken!

And the spaghetti hit the spot tonight.

CW that's good s'ketti.  Thanks!  It hit the spot!  Ed isn't that the way it always goes?  You see something really odd, try to get a pic and...poof!  It's gone!  BTW didn't you write a piece on here a while back about an engineer on his last day?  I've tried to find it but can't.  Or did someone else write that?

Spaghetti w/meatballs and sauce and garlic bread w/cheese and garlic Texas toast are on the warmer bar for tonight's supper.  Dan, thanks for the idea!  Also have some fresh garden tossed salad to go along with it.

Desserts tonight:  chocolate fudge pudding, butterscotch pudding and vanilla pudding, along with chocolate cake and ice cream.

Mook, we must be suffering from the same thing; cause that's all I've wanted to do for since Friday.  At times, seems like I can't keep my eyes open.

Mookie, don't worry.  Larry brought in enough bbq chicken yesterday, so we have plenty of the lunch menu today.  I've heated the chicken in the oven, and heated the veggies that must be heated, and everything is on the warmer bar.  Thank the stars, he even had enough baked beans and cole slaw.

Now, to think of something for supper tonight.  Any suggestions?

Orang juice please!  And some hash browns.

I dreamt about switching in a yard last night.  I've never done it, which makes the fact that I dreamed about that much more wierd.  I was on an old school EMD switcher in C&NW colors switching around wooden boxcars.
