Good Wednesday morning everyone.  Very chilly here in 'Sheeptown' this morning:  34 degrees, and clear skies.  Supposed to make it up to a cool 55 degrees this afternoon.

Coffee, juices and other morning beverages are fresh and ready to go.  Breakfast is on the warmer bar.

In a couple of hours, I'll be busy paying Bills their monthly allotment, then going to the store, and babysitting great nephew later this afternoon for about an hour, while his mommy goes to a meeting.

Everyone have a good day, take care and see you all later.

Madam LaMook - maybe you can talk he of the dirty feathers into letting you borrow his Gatorade container...

Cold here all day - and windy, with a bite.  It snowed here a couple of times, just so it could say that it did.

Sitting at the ambulance squad waiting for a call for help.

Had a fire in the next district over last night - ended up burning the house, barn, and several outbuildings, in addition to the elderly couple's car.  They were saved by a couple of state troopers who just happened to pass by.  It was no longer a working farm.  Fifteen fire departments called in, mostly for tankers as there are no hydrants there.

Good afternoon all.  Had my great nephew here today.  His Mama had to Meemaw to doctor appt., and then took her shopping. So I agreed to watch him for her.  He was a good boy, didn't have any trouble with him.

Mookie, enjoyed your story.  Need some more of them.  And Tom, hope you & the Mrs. get to feeling better soon.

The sunshine looks/feels good today, but it is still too cool outside.  I was outside for awhile, while nephew was playing basketball in the driveway.Everyone take care, keep safe and have a good evening.

Peace be with you. 63 and sunny in Carolina this afternoon. Yesterday, it made it to 75.

Neither of us here feel to good. The wife spends a lot of time at the chiropractor's and I am forever getting stove up for some reason or other. We get around like a pair of refugees from a geriatric facility!

Nothing further to report. End, no more, out

Available - pickle bucket with lid.  Need coffee to fill - trying to stay within my one cup limit.

Have one eye looking at the other - and that's my good one.  The sick one has allergies.  Has been known to get pink eye.  Wonder where it goes when I am not watching it?

Growing up, my Dad used to tell me stories of animals of all kinds getting onto tracks and tangling with steam, diesel - whatever the flavor of the decade was.  I wish I could tell him that here in Nebraska, we have farm equipment (center pivot) that "walked" out on to the tracks and was hit by Amtrak!

Passengers, crew and Amtrak were ok.  CP didn't survive!  Funeral will be in court!

Having read that - now you see why I need my pickle bucket filled!

The rain quit this morning, and the skies are mostly clear, but the wind is blowing pretty good and the temps are dropping, with the prognosticators indicating a chance of snow.

My last pile of snow is slowly melting away.

Gotta go deal with an intermittent headlight, before I get a ticket when it decides to go out as I'm passing a patrol car.

You're right, Quentin:  it doesn't feel like April, with the chilly temps.  But like you in Muncy, here in Shepherdsville, and the Louisville Metro areas, the sun is shining brightly.

I have gotten one load of clothes in the washer, and are drying.  Have my bedspread in the washer, and when I get it into the dryer, will wash the rest of the bedclothes, then my regular laundry.  The first load that's in the dryer, are some of my brother's, sil's and girls regular clothes.  Keeping myself busy today; for some strange reason, have plenty of energy today.  That doesn't happen often, unless my Indian temper is on the warpath, which doesn't happen too often, and isn't the case today.

Have some quesadillas and other Mexican dishes on the warmer bar for your noontime meal.  Will have more of the same for supper tonight.

Everyone have a great afternoon, take care, and see you all later.

It doesn't feel like April, but it certainly is....However, we have bright sunshine today and that is welcome.  Forecast is for more sunshine as week unfolds too....Tomorrow, cooler yet, but then a warming trend.

I now note my grass is starting to grow....but I don't have it rolled yet....Must, must get that accomplished somehow......

Everyone, enjoy our new Spring month...it surely, will get warmer....Probably, go right into Summer.

Quentin
