Yours, too, huh?

I'm up at this time of day because of a little bit of a headache (I don't drink, so I'm not hung over).  Glad I don't have to work today--two hours away from gettin'-up time.

Willy, these ladies might be slightly goofy, but they're not crazy, by any means.  I think SJ would make a good one at times, though I'm not sure the colors themselves would agree with her.  (Heck, they don't agree with each other, but I guess that's the point.)

Well, now that I've plopped and fizzed, it's time to flop and ZiZZZZZ.

Ah, yes, just another Monday, and running par for the course.......

Nighttrain, UPS is a VERY DEMANDING customer, I know this because I build trailers for them at Stoughton Trailer.  We have to be perfect all the time for them, they don't like surprises (like the trailer that made it to NYC with no undercoating on it, I think we ate that trailer).

Other than that, got a bit from the old TV show Hee Haw stuck in my head, still is a funny show, CMT needs to show more of them.

"Where, oh where are you tonight?  Why did you leave me here all alone?  I searched the world over, and thought I'd found true love, you met another and Tongue [:P]phbbbt, you were gone."

I think I'd better leave before the men in the white coats come looking........

Breakfast is laid out on the warmer bar:  bacon, sausage, sausage gravy, biscuits, fried
potatoes, and scrambled eggs.

I'll be back, after I'm through with Tuesday Produce.

Hmmm....cake gone from high shelf (I would know these things!) and cake in the bowl.  Someone must have done something naughty last nite.

Fortunately, I had my nails done  * * * *    * * * *  - had little stars put on each on - cute, huh? Like those, Brian?

Let's see - Tuesday - paper not here yet.  Wanted to look for a new fur for winter.  Maybe something in [ ]  or  [ ]  or [ ] ?  Will have to ponder that a little.

BC - I want to have a word with you in the closet!

The rest of you will have to excuse us for a short time.  We have some things to maul.. er... mull over.

Back shortly!

Morning all!  I'll have some of the wonderful breakfast CW has put on the warmer bar.  Why do I see claw marks and fur all over the Diner this morning?  Uh, oh...someone's gotten the cat's dander up!  Time to "exit, stage left"...and pronto!

Morning All,

Hmmm...I was getting prepared to unload the tank car of Mook's morning coffee cup, but I can't find that cat anywhere. Did hear some kind of commotion in the closet though. And I saw Brian running away from the DD&CS wearing his medieval footwear again. You all aren't miffing the kitty are you? Think I'll add to the chocolate offering just to be on the safe side.

Meanwhile, we've got a tank car full of coffee. I'll take care of two (standard) sized cups, but that still eaves an awful lot. You all had better start drinking up! Need to empty it out before the local comes in tomorrow to pick it up!

I guess it's time to worry about work. Hope you all have a great day. TTFN!

(Exiting closet) - there - We had a little sibling discussion and all is better now.  Sometimes people need to paws and regroup.

Where is Joe - I need my brush to smooth my fur.

Great to have people looking after the cake and coffee!  It is good to have nice friends!

Siblings should be best friends (with the possible exception of spouses).  They know that a good breakfast and a hug trumps a chocolate cake.

Gee, I can't leave you all alone long enough to get the Produce done!!  Am I
going to have to start putting people in "time-out"?!?!?!  Maybe I should bring
in a playpen??Confused [%-)]Laugh [(-D]Laugh [(-D]

Since there's been such a hullabaloo around here this morning, didn't have
time to actually cook lunch, so there's all kinds of cold cuts and sides, so
you can each make your own sandwiches today.

Working on an idea for tonight's supper, and I'll let everyone know what it
(supper) will be in two hours.

Wow - exciting morning here in the Diner.  I might even be glad I missed it.  Let's see if I can find some turkey, swiss cheese, and rye bread....  There should be some sweet iced tea in the cooler.

Willy, don't worry about the kitty--she's just fine (we won't tell anyone about how she was purring when I smoothed her fur).

And, to everyone else--what happened in the closet will stay in the closet.Wink [;)]

Looks like I got my insane butt out at a good time this morning, seems to have gotten interesting around here.

Well, I'll have a ham sandwich and take the time to give the cat a good scratching.

//scratches cat behind ears and under chin//

That's not a purr, thats a rumble!

See those who stay up at 3am.

Okay, the surprise for supper tonight is:  baked ham, with corn on the cob,
baked beans, slaw or potato salad.

Also, I made a FULL SIZED SHEET CHOCOLATE  CAKE for dessert
tonight.  (Mookie, there is already some sliced and put in a couple of
containers for you to take home for you and Driver, along with a couple
of containers with ham, corn on the cob, etc. )

So, there should be plenty of chocolate cake to soothe everyone's ruffled
feathers.
