Larry, is there any other kind, except for Real maple syrup?!?!

Larry, it wasn't that breezy here today, so you could have flown a kite
down here.

Sarah, congratulations on putting out the fire in the mulch!! You go, girl!!

Sarah - ahem - firefighter Sarah. Maybe you have a 2nd career in the making?

GE - that was enlightening and funny! Stick around - maybe I can learn some more English from you. Looked up your posting name - wow! Chemistry wasn't my strong suit!

Moggy. (I rather fancy that - as they say!)

CW - I think I will take a bowl out by the swing on the front porch. Gonna drag a book or two out there - need to brush up on my "edjumacation!"

Good morning, everyone. I know I'm late. Just couldn't wake up this morning.
Been having a little bit of trouble getting up and moving in the mornings.

Joe, you know there's always chocolate cake around here: especially for us
chocoholics (like Mookie and myself, among others).

Breakfast this morning: turkey bacon, sausage, sausage gravy, biscuits,
scrambled eggs. Fixed hash browns this morning, instead of the fried
taters. Hope that's satisfactory with everyone.

Is there anything special anyone would like for lunch today? Please let
me know, and I'll try to get is fixed for you.

Everyone have a great morning, and see you again in a bit.

Mookie - I tried to enter a translation (p, u, s,s,y cat) but Bergie's phrase checker *** it out, hence the use of "moggy" as a synonym !! And looking at your standard of English in your posts, I'm sure you have nothing to learn from me.

CW - it ain't a crime to be a chocoholic - at least not in Great Britain, but perhaps your Federal lawmakers have decreed otherwise.

Can't enjoy the taste that way. Best way to enjoy chocolate is in the form of that cake or as fudge.

Or chocolate CHUNK cookies (chips aren't enough)!

Tree - Cool!

Brian - I am in love!

Ger....young man from England - all compliments accepted graciously. But curiosity never satisfied. I can't seem to learn a lot about one thing, so must learn just a little bit about a lot of things.

Life is good!

Germanium, no, as far as I know, chocolate isn't a crime over here: unless you
make Alice B. Toklas(?) brownies. Then, you've more than likely committed a
crime.

Mookie, sometimes I wish I did have chocolate in an IV: I'd have Mutt or Tree
hook me up, and still have some chocolate the regular way at the same time!!

Brian and everyone else, here's the lunch menu for today:

turkey, veggies, and rice casserole, chocolate cake, white chocolate cake, milk
chocolate pie, and double fudge brownies.

How's that for a "high powered" lunch[?][}:)] The veggies in the turkey casserole
are peas, carrots, potatoes, corn. Hmmm, maybe I should add some cocoa
beans to the casserole.

Joe, those folding rocking chairs sound very interesting!!

Supper tonight is out on the patio. I've got the grill going, and have
started grilling: hamburgers, hotdogs, brauts, corn on the cob.

Have plenty of cake, brownies & pie for dessert.

That's NOT Valid for "TOP SECRET" Information;
and you don't have that kind of clearance.

Joe;where did you see those 'rockers'? Along with CW getting
one, that sounds like what I need for going over to the tracks.
(we've got a real nice,flat 'grassy area';where we go;and those
would work just fine there !! [:D])

Sarah; Congrats on earning your FF badge;but remember that
there's still a lot of training to go along with that.[:)]

Methinks we need to get her qualified on HazMat first.....

First you make a fist with your thumb held up ([tup]). Then you position yourself so that your thumb completely covers up the scene of the incident. We call it the "hazmat rule of thumb." Law enforcement personnel use a slighly different version, whereby they ensure that the entire incident can be viewed through a donut hole...

HazMat lesson complete.

Next lesson is on hose stretchers and "wetter water."

I know there's a bearclaw in here someplace. I can throw it on the griddle while I get my tea.

My poor tulips are just starting to bloom, but don't know what to think. This is syruping weather, a month or so late (nights below freezing, days above).

bbbb %oo% - Wet out there.

Shall I dance like Gene Kelly? You know he was good, but I won an honor he could never win - 4 footed dancing!

Ger - it isn't classified - 2 years after Pearl Harbor to the day. (Little history - in fact that is about the only history I know!)

Tree - wetter water - That comes from South Texas if I remember right. Never got so wet in my life as I did at Padre Island.

Chicken - good to hear from you! Cabelas is becoming kin to Driver. I have seen those foldable rockers, and they are comfy.
Only problem is when I stand up they follow me.

You know how easily we felines embarrass......[:I]

Tree - tulips are gone here already - they were pretty - wi***hey smelled better (at least better than nothing!)
Throw a doggie claw on for me. That sounds good!

And the Driver is safe for another year - the forsythia is done blooming - (for - this- e -a ). He gets his tongue in front of his
eye teeth and can't see what he is saying....

I will be out on the swing - hammock for rent - (maybe CW and Mutt would like to try it out?) Now I am blushing.....
