Any hot cider in the cupboards still?

Yesterday 80 degrees & sun.

Today 32 degrees, fog/snow/rain (and we are sooooooo glad to see the moisture)

I do see that the cleaning crew has been in, and next door at Trains.com, too.

I'll have what Jim's having, but with a cup of tea.

Mornin' Again [^]

Larry, yes the cleaning crew was in. Unfortunately one of the cleaning jobs was one of my threads that was between 1 and 2 years old. About 3 forum member began posting in it the last week or so and when they did the thread took a political tone and not a good one at that. At least one of them attacked another forum member and the comments by all 3 were just not what should be posted in public.

I am not going to mention any names but these 3 are not new to trouble in the forum. [:(] I wi***hat instead of locking the whole thread just the posters themselves would have been deleted.

I don't pay that much attention to the other forums anymore. I pretty much just visit this one. So I don't know what else was "cleaned."

Colin [^]

Don't take it personal but they hate everyone. [;)] I am just kidding. They are very picky and reject a photo at the drop of a hat. I have only tried to submit 3 photos and 2 of them were rejected.

Well, it's now lunch time, and for lunch today, we have pork chop abracadbra w/
chopped onions, and the side dishes will be pork flavored Rice-A-Roni and
green peas and carrots.

Desserts for today: white cake w/white frosting, chocolate cake w/chocolate
frosting, apple cobbler, blackberry cobbler, and peach cobbler.

Mudchicken: I always keep some apple cider on hand. I'll have a cup warmed
up for you in two minutes!!

I think I'll try some of that pork stuff...even though I'm not even a fan of pork. If cw makes it it's gotta be good!

Those things were so fricken cool, I hadn't seen them since 1996. When I found out they were placed in Cheyenne about 2 weeks ago, I was itching for a shot of them, luckily, they came almost to me! That didn't bother me none. I was glad to see them!

John and Zach, those are beautiful shots!! Thank you both so much for sharing
them with us!!

Coffee is on, and juice is made. Have two kinds of juice this morning: orange,
and grape.

Well, it's another Tuesday, and people began ringing the doorbell to sign up
for Produce at 6:50!! Going to be a loooonnng day, here. Also supposed to
have rain starting sometime in the next couple of hours.

Breakfast for this morning is laid out on the warmer bar: turkey bacon, sausage,
scrambled eggs, fresh home made biscuits, sausage gravy, fired taters.

Hope we get potatoes at Produce this morning: I'm beginning to run low on
potatoes. Onions, also.

Well, I'll report back later on and post the lunch/supper menus for today.
Everybody take care, and have a great day!!

CW - we're low on c-o-f-f-e-e.....It's a bean, ergo must be a vegetable.

Have my face in my cup - trying to sip w/o getting it up my nose.

41 and rain this morning - with those high non-tornadic winds we get. Blows your face around to the side of your head whilest the sun shines.

I must put a disclaimer in here - because it is required by law. (You know - conceal and carry Mook!)

Use hammock at own risk. Get caught and you will be wrinkled immediately.

Mook!

Cold, dark sky, rain. Sounds like Colorado shipped some of its weather over to the flat lands. Guess it will be a good day to get some inside work done.

Mutt, thanks again for help on the pictures. In the process of getting my own spot on rrpicturearchives-same place that Brian puts his out for viewing. I think my batting average is about .100, that is, one in ten might be worth showing.

The nice thing about rrpicturearchives is that once they accept you as a member, you can upload whatever you want to your section (I imagine as long as it's RR related). Anyway, I haven't had any problem with them telling me that a certain picture isn't good or relevant enough (yet). By the other site's standards, I'd probably have a batting average of ZERO.

Hey there everyone! Lunch is now being served: left over pork chop abracadbra,
and there's also the assorted sandwiches you can get every day, any time of the
day. In a hurry, have to go take care of a couple of errands, and will be back later
on.

Afternoon everyone.......

After a nice day here in the Mad City yesterday, It's a chilly 40 degrees this afternoon. Had a touch of rain this morning, but not too much. Farmers are taking to the fields like bees to honey, talked to my dad this past weekend, he got his oats in, and is now working on the corn.

The trailer business has been good, I guess we're supposed to start FedEx trailers next week, that should throw a monkey wrench into the works-the way it's looking, we're doing UPS and FedEx on the same line, at the same time.[banghead][banghead] This means I get three different rims and three different tires to mount.[B)][B)][B)]

Hey Joe-There's supposed to be a WSOR-powered ballast train in your neck of the woods, went through deshler Sunday or Monday.

Afternoon (well now, I certainly don't say that often) All

Yesterday was a repeat of last Monday. The 3 shift cab supply guy called in so they went to the bull pen and there I was just setting minding my own business when next thing I know . . . I was setting in the supply truck. [;)]

I got off at 3 am and stopped in here. Unfortunately I just couldn't "hang" as the bed was calling me louder than the computer was. I couldn't ever put the coffee on, I was just tooooooo tired. [B)] And the worse thing about it was that I WAS going to make rolls again for breakfast. Sorry Sarah. [V] Maybe next time. [;)]

When the noon news was on it was 69 and the predicted high today is only 73. [:)] Last night we had about 1/2 inch of rain beginning about 4 am.

I am pretty much in a zombie state today so I don't expect much to get done. [:(]
I miss getting my beauty sleep, I sure need it too. [;)]

Well I must try and get something done. Let's see, maybe Mookie will help [:o)]
I have dishes, laundry, dusting, vacuuming, the bathroom, some lawn work, well you all know, the usual that all needs to get done and probally won't.

Well, here goes nothing.
