We are planning to get out here in just a few minutes to have some PIZZA HUT. Got our Easter day planned for tomorrow with family so am looking forward to that.

To those that won't be with family due to the railroad, you'll be in our thoughts here in Northern KY.

Looks like Louisville is going to Final 4. Now gotta see what UK is going to do. It would be great to see them both meet.

Everyone have a HAPPY EASTER!!!

Here at home tonight, we had chicken stirfry. Mutt's not much for pizza, so I
fixed something he also likes a lot.

Good morning everyone! Breakfast this morning will be a hearty breakfast:
your choice of 3 strips or bacon or sausage, scrambled or fried eggs, oat-
meal and toast, or pancakes.

Lunch today will be hamburgers and potato chips or french fries

Supper tonight will be whatever kind of pizza you want.

Hope you all enjoyed the meat loaf. Here at home, we have fried chicken
livers. They're goooooooodd. No, not from Mudchicken: They're from
Perdue Farms (in Indiana, I think).

Me thinks Mom has a loose wire somewhere. And I don't think the police are a foreign animal to her. But, nevertheless, all we ask is for a reasonable amount of normal noise followed by a full night of quiet - no matter what your life style is/was.

In Mom's defense, she's probably paranoid that if she disciplines the kid she'll get arrested for child abuse....[:(]

Probably more effective than calling the cops. Just have to hope it lasts. Of course, if need be, I'm sure the landlady can make it permanent...
She told us (a call afterward) that she told them this is the 2nd time she has had to call and one more time would mean eviction. We try not to be unreasonable neighbors, but the little people over there are totally out of control. The 4 year old just stands and screams. Constantly. Makes the fur on your neck stand on end. Mom doesn't seem to have a clue what discipline is. And maybe she is deaf, too!?

Meat Loaf! When you can't think of anything else to fix - you fix Mom's Meat Loaf......

Some Mom's meat loaf wasn't so good, but my mom had a great one! Then late nite tv and meat loaf sandwiches!

Just remember: Don't let your Meat Loaf!

Good Friday morning everyone! Breakfast this morning will be bacon,
eggs, toast and juice.

Lunch will be open face roast beef sandwiches w/mashed potatoes,
green beans and corn, or for the last Friday of Lent, tuna salad
sandwich or fish. Also will be putting out some of the Easter cookies for
dessert, for those of you (like Mookie for instance) who will not be here in
the Diner Sunday.

Supper: Mookie, do you have any suggestions for me for supper?

This is getting interesting. Looville knocks off #1 seed Washington and lookin good to make the Final Four. They'll have to get by the winner of Texas Tech/W Va to do that, but hey. UK should be able to do Utah, but then it is #1 Duke or Michigan State.

Actually, I misread the brackets. A Louisville/UK matchup would only be in the CHAMPIONSHIP game. That would really be something.
