Joe, you and Matt have fun at the park today.

Larry, will TRY to send you some of our warmth. Don't really know
if it will make it all the way up to you, but will try.

Have beef stew in two crock pots for lunch. Cornbread is in the oven,
which is on low, to keep it warm for you all: leaving in a little bit for an
appointment, so won't be back in the diner until LATE afternoon, early
evening. Everyone have a good day, and don't mess up the diner, okay?

Go Big 10!

Grew up 30 miles from UofM, 50 from MSU. Didn't go to either, but still root for both, and they're Big 10 - so I'll pull for the "home" conference, too...

Send some of that warm weather up here! Only supposed to be in the upper 40s at best all week. Need Warmth....

[:O] That's a yawn - struggling to get coffee. And didn't wear a jacket to work at dark:30, either. It is in the 40's already. Neighbors quiet - trains weren't. What a nice change!

MC What do they say? Even a stopped clock is right twice a day. I'd say there is a good chance you could do a little crow hunting about this time next week to set the table for your home office suits. (If they don't like comments from the working folks, give me an email address or two and I'll take care of the job).

Don't know if it is important to you, but you could also remind them that the right hand column is 1 and not zero.

Got to go with my neighbor, Tom about todays weather. As I mentioned in another thread, nothing like a sunny spring day with temps in the high 60s to get me to stop whining about WI winters.

Glad somebody is having a day of sunshine: we've had rain all day, until about
4:00. Then the sun finally made an appearance about 5:30. Now, it's twilight
time.

Made some oatmeal cookies this afternoon. Who wants some?

etc.

Lunch will be choices of hamburgers, fries, grilled cheese, tuna sandwiches,

Yeah, even though my Cats lost, at least they had a real good season,
considering the fact they had such a new, young team. If my memory
serves me correct, the only "old" guys on the team were Chuck Hayes
and Kalenna Azabuike. But they did really good, and I'm still proud of
them all.

So UK lost in double overtime. Next weekend is set, three powerful teams and Louisville. But, it' not over until it's over. Remember Georgetown? For CW and Mutt, my wife noted that UK had two freshman starters. Next year! and it won't be a next year like the kind Chicago Cubs Fans usually get.

OK Back to trains and stuff.

Right-Amazing come from behind by the Illini. They will meet Lville in the Semi's. North Carolina beat our Badgers so they will face the Ky Wildcats or Michigan State. Ky leading at the half. Will be interesting next week.

I rarely watch basketball games, but do keep track of UK. U of L, I could care
less how they do. Sorry your daughter went there for one semester. Also
sorry that I worked there for three-four months back in 1977.

If the egg hunt is finished, there will be sliced HB eggs on buttered toast with a white sauce. Sides of ham, bacon or saugage, OJ, coffee or milk. Parade follows.

PS Weather in Delavan IS warmer than yesterday. Sweater is still needed and there is ice on the local swimming pools. Recommend wearing a wet suit over the bikini. That or stay in and watch the UK game.

Joe, did you check with Matt on the missing bunny ears? Or possibly, Stacey?
I know I have a hard time resisting them. Or, did Mookie pay you a surprise
visit?!?!

Breakfast will be a "light" one: any kind of doughnut you might want, and there's
plenty of coffee, hot chocolate, and hot tea. Know everyone doesn't want to have
a tummy that's too full from breakfast: everyone needs room for the BIG EASTER
DINNER
this afternoon. See you all later tonight, after everyone has pigged out
on Easter Dinner and Easter Candy.
