Good one Joe!!!! I'll get started on another picnic table, make it big
enough for all of us,(with a spot for Mookie to curl up in) let Larry
do the bbq chicken, your potato salad, CW's cookies, and
whatever anyone wants to bring.
We'll all sit out in the 'warm' weather and watch the trains go by.
Now, how can you beat something like that ?[:D][:p]

While I can't actually answer for Brian,I think you just said 'fighting words'.
To the best of my knowledge,he's as big a UK fan as CW & myself.

And you are right, there are PLENTY of trains to watch.
(I'll especially be looking for the P&L engine painted UK Blue & White.[:D][:p])

I will tell you that I am a UK fan.I would have loved to have seen them in the Final 4 with Louisville. Now that UK is out of it, I have got to go for the Cards.

I like Louisville but not as much as I do UK. I think that Rick Pitino is the greatest coach that has ever graced college basketball. He did wonders for UK and he is working wonders in Louisville. It's great to see the players have that much respect for a man and vice-versa.

I want to see those number boards changed on that P&L locomotive also. Just a shame they wouldn't be changing the blue one.

Way to go, Joe: I forgot about those cookies I made the other night. And thanks
for the potato salad. That will go good with the barbequed chicken. And the
cookies will go great with the Jell-o!!

Man oh man, has it warmed up today here in Louisville: it's 77 degrees
right now. We even had to turn on the fan in the living room.

Hope everyone enjoys the barbequed chicken and potato wedges tonight.

Dessert tonight will be Jell-o w/Cool Whip.

I can't believe Johnny Cochrane died. I wonder if the doctors found the tumour if he exhibited symtoms?

I can't believe he was 67! I hope I look that good at 67.

My prayers go out to his family and friends. He was a good man.

Good morning. We'll have oatmeal and toast for breakfast this morning.
For those not told to lose some weight, you can have your choice of all
the usual breakfast items.

Lunch special today will be tomato or potato soup w/grilled cheese.

Supper special tonight will be barbequed chicken w/potato wedges.

I would say that Louisville just got lucky, but that was a hard fought game.
Now;If we can get P & L to repaint that Red & black engine that they have.[B)][^]

FYI,for those that don't know it,P & L has one engine painted for UK,
and one painted for UofL.(numbered for the years they won the championship)

MSU=State. UofM=Michigan. Know the difference very well. Go Spartans! (Former home of PM1225, by the way).

Nothing wrong with Wisconsin - I'd be pulling for them if MSU wasn't in. Too bad the Orange (my current "home team favorite") didn't get past the first round.

This is the first really good non-jacket day we've had in a while. I won't be in the diner this noon--have a luncheon date with all three generations in LaGrange (the baby might get to see her first train!).
