Barbecue sandwiches are a delight,
during the Richmond race tonight,
I hope Gordon wears a frown,
when he finishes safe but 10 laps down.

Drive safe for Joe !

Supper tonight is going to be: beef barbeque sandwiches with
potato chips. Will be served in the diner, unless the rain quits so
we can sit out on the patio at the picnic tables and watch the trains
go by. If not, we'll turn the train layouts on, and put the train music
CDs on.

Joe, thank you so much for getting the coffee started, and getting the
juice ready.

Saturday morning brunch will be: turkey bacon, sausage patties,
biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, pancakes w/syrup (nice thick
syrup), ham slices w/red eye gravy.

The day we were together I had my cell phone (which can take digital pix) and Sarah had bought a couple of disposable cameras. We didn't even think to use them until I was on my way home.

At the risk of making her blush, Sarah is both beautiful and cute (there's a difference!), and has the most amazing dark brown eyes.

And you're right--lucky me, to have been able to connect with her!

Yes Carl you are making me blush big time!![;)] Oh by the way I'm going to begg and begg my mom to let me come over to Lombard this summer!!!! I had so much fun with you :) AMG

Well sorry I'm getting to the dinner here so late :( I ment to get a while ago but found myself busy. So I messed din din and breakfast for about 4days but, hay that was ok because, I had din din and breakfast with Carl while he was over here. :):)

We did do a lot of stuff together!!!! Most of the things we did were train related though, there wasn't much action while Carl was in my neck of the woods:( I kind of thought something like that would happen. :( However, we did get to see some power mostly, SEPTA and NS. I took Carl to my "main railfan" spots hoping to see some action.
OH one thing that happend while we were walking along the perimiter at Abrams Yard. This was so very funny I couldn't stop laughing after this one. Anyway, while we were walking we saw two guys riding quads. So we both said that we going to scare them off. This is how we did it. As the guys got close to us Carl held the scanner to his mouth as if he was going to transmitt (spelling) over it. Both the guys looked back worried and high tailed it out of there! That was hallarious.

Both of my parents have 13th birthdays also and I have an uncle with a Christmas birthday. His first grandchild is coming and the due date is. . .Christmas day. Seriously.
He told my cousin, do whatever it takes, don't have your birthday on Christmas Day, that's not a good day for birthdays!

Ed, interesting assortment of dates.

Okay, Ed: your & wife's anniversary on Jan. 12th, day before Mutt's
sister's birthday. Nice way to remember it. Now we can send you
two an e-anniversary card!!

P.S. Mutt's dad was the minister (so Walt didn't have to pay).
Think Mutt got off on the cheap side, don't you?!?![:p][:D]

Joe, of course you can have lemonade with your pizza. I have lemonade
on hand year-round. You never know when someone will want some.
It's good on warm days in the spring and summer, as well as hot in the
wintertime.

OK - I will ask.....what about your Wedding Day? (Maybe summer solstice - longest day or winter solstice - shortest night?)

Your just trying to see if I can remember the date!
Uh...Jan 12th,,,we both had been married before, both did the big shin-dig thing...so we went to the JP and got hitched for $25.00.
Best $25.00 I ever spent!
