Inch - about those steel plates: you should have them by middle of next week, along with the customary 2 loads of wire.

CW - can do, I'll send the finished wire down to Brad's Southwire plant.

Good deal, now the copper ore has a place to go. The miners will be pleased.

Let's see...

Copper has a route
Gold has a buyer
Coal has a customer
Asbestos has 2 takers
Foam has 2 takers
Wine and Beer have steady buyers
Lumber, logs and wood chips have buyers
Cotton has a place to go
Used cars are sold
The grist mill has traffic.

Ok what's missing?

Oh... the Kubota tractors need a buyer. I have 30+ loads and more piling up. HELP!!!

44 Tonner is in the shop
Armored Pullman is out on lease (captive service)

Did I miss anything?

Set me up with 6 loads of tractors a week, I can refill those boxcars with crates, fittings and factory inventory needed to sustain your tractor assembly.

How is that?

Refer to my own list of availible items waiting for customers a few pages back (I think page 7 but not sure) and see what else your region can use.

Sunday Falls valley traffic report pending Sunday December 11, 2005

There will be many additions to current traffic.

I find myself saturated with products that need customers, hoping anyone who has not joined our Interchange thread to contact me here and ask for them and let us know what your railroad can offer us.

There will be a few cars gone missing, mistakes here and there as the traffic density is beginning to require a entire department of office drone bees working 24/7 to keep up. LOL.

Right.. without further ado...

I see a need for other railroads to join this thread to bridge my traffic around the nation to those who are not located near my area.

My interchanges are:

All traffic to and from the west coast via Wheeling Wva
All traffic to and from Great Lakes via Harrisburg PA (This includes all Canada Traffic by way of either Detroit MI or Buffalo NY
All traffic to and from the south (Fla to Tx) via Manassas VA

East coast ports and NE to Maine is via Frederick Md Sub that connects with the B&O

There are some offers to each railroad involved in interchange with me.
There are some offers being made to each railroad in interchange with me.
I tried best to determine geographical location to enable interchange but need better information.
I will consider new railroads and thier business as they come on line in this topic.

If there is some way of keeping everyone straight, I have each account on a notepad file on my computer and so far I think I have everyone, if I forgot someone, let me know and we will get the business correct.

************************************
************************************

This closes Falls Valley Railroad's work up to 21-11-2005 of this thread. Any additional resulting business contracts will be processed this week for next week's traffic.

Also:

Interchange traffic is handled on a specific day of week.. example:

Wheeling WVa is set out and ready by Midnight of Sunday of every week, expects to have inbounds by Noon Monday

Harrisburg PA is set out and ready by Midnight Monday of every week, expects to have inbounds by Noon Tuesday

Manassas Va is set out and ready by Midnight Tuesday of every week, Expects to have inbounds by Noon Wedensday

Frederick Md Sub is serviced every day with set outs by Midnight and expects inbounds by Noon following day.

Confused yet???

Once I get skill in managing virtual trains I will be staggering interchanges with own trains daily.. but first things first....

Please post any corrections this upcoming week in following pages so I may address them on a case by case basis.

I think and HOPE my format is acceptable to all... it is very difficult to produce a traffic report in this particular situation but can learn if others have a better method.

CW

RE: Outbound freight

Add 6 boxcars for Kubota as follows: 1 car of tire and rim assemblies, ready to mount on tractors, 2 cars pallet/crate assemblies, and 3 cars forgings, stampings, welded parts, hydraulic cylinders, hoses, radiators, etc., etc., etc. Kubota is also willing to take 3 tankers per week, 1 with diesel fuel, 1 with gasoline, and 1 with motor oil.

Don't know why I'm getting coal returned. I ship it out, maybe you can return bauxite, iron or silver ore?

Otherwise, outbound traffic should be:

Two loads of empty glass bottles
Two loads of Steel cans
Spools in boxcar
Spools in Gondola
Boxcar telephone pole fittings
One return load of telephone poles in gon.
6 boxcars Kubota Parts
6 hoppers loaded with ???

BTW, I see you accept used antique cars, why am I not shipping you any? Oh, wait, you can't clear high-cube cars on your line. Well, our shipper is willing to load whatever kind of car is needed to move the traffic, we'll see if he can load 50' doubledeck auto-boxcars.

Please note the correct spelling is twcenterprises (no "o"). You had this corrected, but I'm guessing you "copied and pasted" old posts and simply forgot the correct the spelling.

Will make the corrections as needed. Will address the new requests after work today.

twcenterprises, sorry for the o, I indeed copied and pasted my way thru the stack of traffic forms on my computer. I'll make the corrections so it wont plaque me again. Regarding your auto request, I think High cube is too big, I would be happy to use double door auto box and will examine the coal problem, I will find something else to ship back.

How about 1 load per week antique autos in a Doubledeck 50' boxcar? I think we can load 6 autos in it.

Here is the ARK’s traffic report for the week(a few days late, but hey....)

Counter Weight

Gravel out 2 gondola loads a week
Newsprint in 2 boxcar loads a week

Notes: Traffic Report looks good for me. Also, I can ship you 5 TOFC cars with Truck and small mower seats per week, from the area up here. Can you except? And then can you return those 5 TOFC cars a week with foundry items, specifically steel structural parts?

Fergie Via Paul in Duluth

Coal in 2 hopper loads a week

Notes for Fergie: The ARK can spare about ten regular boxcars, and about 20 insulated Boxcars(RBL's). Would you be interested?

Inch

Plastic Pellets in 2 covered hopper loads a week

Brad (twenterprises)

Pullp Wood in 3 boxcar loads a week

Notes: Can I get two coal loads a week in Hoppers from you Brad? I can return gravel/ballast in them if needed. Also, there is a Seat company that in Reedsburg that recently signed a Deal with Kubota tractors to supply seats for their tractors. The company is looking at shipping the seats in on TOFC cars, rather than in trucks, for cost reasons. Can we get your cooperation in sending 2 TOFC cars of seats a week down there?

New ARK traffic

The grain season now being over, several farmers have gotten together and have decided to sell their share of corn and soybeans harvested this fall and stored at the Co-op in Appleton by rail. Is anyone interested in 5 cars of Corn or Soybeans, for a total of 10 cars? The shipment is splitable if you want just 5 cars of corn or just 5 cars of Soybeans. Anyone interest, please let me know.

You have the team track loads.
Due to the extra demands on manufactoring, I would like to get your 3 loads a week if possible.

Inch53

Thanks!

twcenterprises

Your traffic is accepted.
Re: your outbound, Your adjustments to Kubota has been accepted
I dont know what happened to the coal... I have taken them off the list effective this post until I can figure out what to do with the coal cars. (30 right?)
All other traffic posts by you have been accepted.

Regarding antique vehicles.. I will like 4 loads in double door box a week; if possible.. if not, start at one and ramp up as you can.

Your traffic has been accepted
Your shipment of 5 TOFC has been accepted, I will return them with steel foundry parts.

I will like to take 5 of your corn, I dont need the soybeans at moment.

I think this is it for the time being. Let me know what other business I can fill for you out of my current Sunday's load offerings. I am piling up to "here" with food products including reefer traffic for meat, seafood and ice as well as general grocery and dry goods (Toilet papers, medicines etc)

Yoshi, The farmers are willing to subdivide the Soybeans, and another farmer stepped up with two car loads of extra corn. So can ship you a one time Shipment of 2 loads corn and 2 loads Soybeans. It will be on the interchange track today sometime, probably near the end of the day.

CW, thank you for the Foundry Parts, and the first shipment of five TOFC loads will arrive late this week. You also have a one time shipment of 5 cars of Corn comming, to be set out this afternoon on the interchange track.

Inch53

I edited this post after work today to reflect:

I will take 4 crude oil for use in road building

Also on the two each of Gas, Desiel and Heating oil sounds very good to me.

I cannot think of anything to load back to you in these tankers.

Do you require anything else before I put this into the weekly traffic?

Due to the Ice Storm hitting the east coast and downing so many trees, all of my shipment will be delayed for 24 hours and will be shipped now on Sat. Morn sorry for any of the problems.
