I like this idea alot--on the Trains side, they're doing something on the "do you like Trains and Planes" thread with aircraft nicknames and people try to guess the aircraft's model/designation--i.e "fork tail devil"--P-38 of WWII.

I am a very, very strange looking steamer.

I was built in 1911.

I derailed on my first run ever.

I spent my short career in the SouthWest.

I have a horrible looking oil tender.

Aggro--tough one!!! ATSF had something like a 2-6-6-6-2 and they turned out to be very poor steamers. It was ugly too, IMO. They rebuilt these engines into 2-6-2 Prairies not long after. This is my guess if memory serves.

Remember, you can't spell memory without "emory!!"

Okay, I used the above tag on the "TRAINS" side!

Aggro,

The 3751 is gorgeous. Yeh, it is ain't it. All (most) S.P. Cab forwards were AC class locos. Broadway is producing the flat face, Class number escapes me.

Aggro--how about a 24 hour rule? If no one guesses correctly, you can give us the answer. How about it, and I'm looking forward to the next one!! This is fun.[:D][8D][C):-)]

Mark,

"Class number escapes me." When it escaped it didn't go far... road #'s 3751-3764, are class 3751. [swg]

Aggro,

If you don't want to give us the answer can we get another clue?

Broadway is producing the AC 4 and AC 5. However, I think the tender on these looks great, so this can't be it. Unless Agro and I disagree about what looks good in a tender?!?

I don't believe you! Post a picture to prove it!!

You know, The rules for this game should be the winner gets to do the next mystery loco! However, He has to do it within 24 hours or the previous guy gets to pick again.

What think ye?
