What single locomotive do you want that hasn't been made or announced yet? Don't say a model that is already out, coming soon or scheduled to happen. Just a single engine you want to be made.

I vote for the DM&IR M-4 2-8-8-4. ( I would say an ATSF 2900 class 4-8-4, but BLI announced the #3751, which is close enough for me)
