Hi GUYZ,
Rainy with storms the last few dayz. Still have been busy as the BEE LINE. Got a truck load eight back hoe scoops of mulch yesterday. Gonna finish the flower gardens today. Yesyetrday while taking my MINNIE dog for an afternoon walk, she got into it with a big ground hog. She was doing well when she dropped it and it then grabbed a hold of her cheek. Tore open a hole in it. Had to take her to the Vet. I stopped the bleeding and Vet said the muscle inside of cheek was a little damaged. Gave us option of irrigating it or use of antibiotics. We choose the anti bios. She'll be ok.
DON BAKER, Prayers for your WIFE. MOM was diagnosed 10 years ago and she will be 91 in November. Went through all the kemo and she was 4th stage. She is doing well and living life to the fullest.
SUBMMBOB, I can't sit still. Maybe one of these dayz?

Short chat with Don. They are getting ready to go to hospital. Prayers.

WOW !!
You guys are just SO AWESOME ! Thanks so much for the thoughts and prayers !!! It means a Lot. I'm sure things will go well. My primary focus is support, she has done so much for me the past 11 months, this will be nothing for me to assist her at this time. Even one of our customers of a long time, asked about her, I told him of the situation, and he is dedicating a Mass to her, he is a priest. She cried when I told her. Thanks again and I will post this evening.
Love you guys.
Don
Don Baker........... Prayers are out for Kaye. I hope all goes well for her and she is recovered quickly. I'm glad to hear that you are doing better. Keep up the good exercises. My Internet has been messed up for about a week now. Email can be sent but not received. I hope it is fixed soon. Server is bad.

Good Evening, (Late)
Everything went great! Kay did super, her Dr said it was easy sailing for her, and the plastic surgeon also was pleased. She really looked well after she was released from Recovery. Boy, was the waiting room ever filled up, Chris and I, her parents, 2 of her friends were there ALL day, 3 more were there for around 3 hours. She sure has a great support group. So we are ecstatic and extremely grateful ! So we will see how Saturday goes, and she may even come home Saturday. Will just wait and see.
So thanks for all your support !!!
So, Stay Safe and Be Healthy!!
Konnichiwa and Ohayo Chuck,
Don B. - It's great to hear everything went well for Kay. I'll keep praying for her and your family.

It is a sunny 50 degrees. Going up to a sunny 72 today.
Today is an easy day. I have a few chores to do and then I will relax and enjoy the day. Later, lunch and a nap.
Usual breakfast on the dining car.
Y'all have a great Saturday.
Morning all. Sunny and real warm but not as hot as last few days. Mid 90's come back middle of the next week.
Got Fathers' Day meal here at 2:30. Means I do a lot of the work. Will have Wifey's folks [SIL's and crews] and my two which means 20 or so.
Got Blue Grass concert in park at 5.
Good new about Kaye. Stayed up till 2 AM waiting for test or call. Finally went to sleep. "Prize" headed to your house Don.
Alright today is FLAG DAY so you know what you need to do.
Don B great news for your wife, hope she has a speedy recovery.

Aloha. Happy Flag day - and kudos to all of you fathers. Lots to lift up this morning. Praying for Kay's recovery - and Don's continuing recovery this am, as well as the cancer situation in Charlie's family. Don, our university has temporarily shut down our Thailand travel courses - right decision for Chris. Prayers also for Fifepup's job.
Heading off to the Illinois Train Museum as an early Father's Day gift to myself. Gosh, I can relax later in one of Don's patented Portable Swimming Pools. Hope you are all catching World Cup fever!Laz, are you working on the railroad this summer?

Good afternoon all,
D.Baker, continued prayers for Kay.
Got up late again today so took walk in park where there is shade. Wife was up at 2:00AM and her movement woke me too. Did not go back to sleep for about an hour. Makes me nervous when she is up at night.
Got a cheap car wash today with ticket sold to me by local high school football team. Lousy car wash but better than nothing. No adult supervision. Kids were just squirting each other with water hose and girls were taking pictures. If any water got on cars it was an accident.
Got invite to a birthday party for 94 year old tomorrow. Didn't realize it was father's day until later. Maybe we will do that a week late or forget it.
later,
Ray

Happy Father's Day.
Being treated to a round of golf and barbecue tomorrow.
Hope you all have a great well-deserved day.
Good evening all,
Sorry I did not post Friday night. Work was quiet that day, but busy. Mowed the yard Friday night and then took wife to see "X-Men". Good flick. Slept in Saturday, but went to lawn mower shop to look at a 30 inch mower, then to antique store, and then to a historical museum in Irvington, which is in Indy. Got the latest MR at a hobby shop, went to Menard's, Barnes and Noble, Dick's Sporting Goods, and finally Half-Priced Books. Watched both of the World Cup games I taped earlier in the day. Don B, good to hear Kay's progress. Hope it keeps up. I hope everyone has a good day.
Keep on training,
Mike C. from Indiana
Happy Father's Day!
Ohayo Chuck,
So far it's been an easy day here. We went out for breakfast this morning. I splurged and had chicken fried steak and eggs and ate every bite. I need to start boxing up the display trains today and also dismantle the UTB RR. I hope everyone has a great day.
Sayonara,
Good Morning from Blueberryhill.......
Good Morning, Joe.......Can you post any pictures of your UTB RR ?
Happy Father's Day to all the Dads.
It is a sunny 55 degrees. Going up to 82 today with sunshine
Today is an easy day. A few chores and I will run trains for a few hours. Need to do some dusting. Relaxing is good.
Cheerios for breakfast on the dining car.
Y'all have a great Sunday.
cnw1995 Laz, are you working on the railroad this summer? Hi DOUG, The answer to your question is no I am not. The last I did volunteer work there was two summers ago, boy time flies. When I had inquired about working for pay there they had no openings but said I could continue volunteering if I wanted. But with an hour commute each way and a 10 hour work day I declined. Plus I have lots o work here to keep me very busy. I would have loved to still be there but when you weigh it all out just didn't make sense, I'd be losing money and time to keep on engineering and firing up the train. If only I win the big lottery, I could purchase the sister engine there and start my own railroad down here, lol! Nice dream. laz57

Happy Happy Happy DADs DAY all you Fathers out there.
Pulling weeds here today in garden. Had a nice evening dinner with WIFE on the deck overlooking the falls at Stoney Creek. Slept great last night.
DON B, continued prayers for you and KAYE.
Stay frosty my friends,
Morning all. Happy Fathers' Day. Sunny and less humid.
Had over 20 here yesterday afternoon. I had to help cook and etc. Seems Pam thinks I like that. Some didn't leave until 9:30. Was suppose to do a welcome at a Bluegrass thingy the Town had. Couldn't get my vehicle out. Didn't get PD to pick me up as they were busy with traffic. Texted and got out of it. Wifey does not plan well and does things without asking. Oh well.
Watched some of the World Cup. OOOPS. Now Mike will see this.
Being lazy. Did get a helicopter from pets. Learn to fly it outside before taking it in the box. Will fit well with trains.
Last word was Kaye was doing well and coming home today. Prayers.
Charlie's family and cancer??? Missed something. Prayers.
Have a great week all.
Happy Fathers Day
Yes Chief one in Charlies family and one of granny's sisters who's treatments seemed to have worked for now. I can't speak for Charlie it is a family member but not his wife or kids.

Mornin' boys. Happy Father's Day! Absolutely perfect weather-wise. Wifey and I went on yatchet yesterday, and probably scared some fishies. We also discovered a nice little waterfront grill. Gonna spend some time in HavreDeGrace today, then meet up with family. Kids gave me gift card to my "other" favorite toy-store.
Stay foamy.
fifedog Wifey and I went on yatchet yesterday, and probably scared some fishies.

And some boaters.
Spent time over Mom's last week. Because of the rain no yard work but I expanded my "Branchline Layout" from 4x7 to an irregular 9x12 with 72" curves on the outside loop. Now to finish designing and laying out the inner tracks of the addition. Everything is quiet here and it is a relaxing, goof off day for me.
Don: Prayers go out to Kay, her Uncle, you and Chris. I feel Chris made the right decision. Glad to hear that all is going good for Kay. Mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer 2 years ago. She came thru everything fine and next month she will be 85.
Laz: Glad Minnie will be ok.
Chief: Congrats to Pam on her Garden Show.
Doug DG: Get well soon.
Enjoy the Day!
John
Happy Father's Day All !!!
Kay is now home and things will begin to normalize soon. She really looks good and acts great ! Taking it easy for a few days to get stamina back, so going to have Black Bear Diners take out tonight. Watching Despectable 2 this afternoon. So a relatively low key day but thats ok.
Again I thank you all and really appreciate all your thoughts and prayers !
Hope everyone enjoys their day!
