Let the planning start for next year... we have 365 days to come up with something even better... LOL!

Not that is going to take some serious thinking............

- Start a grass roots campaign for govenor

- We attend a City Council Meeting

- Hire a "Party Dancer" from Raligh to attend a City Council Meeting

- Send Buckeye down as a "Belly Dancer"

- Hire Fife and his boat to go up to the Lake and hijack the Pontoon Boat (the one with chiggers)

- Make him a Thomas Tank Engine body kit for his John Deere mower

----- Have to think more on this -----

What about a BDay party in person, face to face. Could it happen? Most of us have only met on the "Pot" forum or by email, not in person. What do you think? Big Smile

Now lets see here, there was something special about today....now, what was it?   Oh yeah, it is two days before D-Day!  Thats it!

Oh, but really, Chief, did ya think we'd let your big day go by without some kind of celebration?  Besides, who could forget with all the hints you droppedLaugh  ANyway, hope that you have  a great one shared with Mrs. Chief and lots of friends.
God Bless,
Dennis

PS:  About time, we've been waiting all day to mention it, but were restricted by our Special Operations Commander out in CA.  No mention till you saw it.  I doubt you will ever know the complete story and how many folks were involved.  You either have a lot of people that care about you, or it may be that you have a lot out to get you.

The best part was him calling Don and accusing him of being up to something! Laugh He had absolutely NO idea what was in store for him!

Don; Great job, it does to pay have a devious mind creative sense of humour.

DJ; Don't think there are enuff megapixels to display the accurate number of candles required for a cyber cake for the Mayor.

Buckeye; Congrats on the newest member to the "Clan Buckeye(O'Hare)". Best form of "parental revenge" to date.

Frank, Happy B-Day and many more to come !

For some on here today this is a period of some enormous highs and equally tremendous lows, look back on the good times to help offset the lows and the joyous future of sharing in a new life. Prayers to all from our home to yours.

Pat, Norris [who the heck he is] who sent mine and Tom who sent yours have a dirty minds.  We have discussed female Dr's over and over on here.  I think they are more concerned for their patients than most male Dr.s  The Motherly thing.  That is why my Dr's are female.  Nothing sexist intended.  Norris needs to go on his way.  This is what happens when somone who is a user/modirator drops in and are not familiar with the posters and past subjects discussed.  We all remember Selector dropping by and getting involved.  Bob Keller is the best modirator.  He will call us down when he needs too.  On the other hand, he knows us and is familiar with our past discussions.

Thanks Chief for the explanation, and I agree Bob is a great moderator. Do you suppose "They" will delete these two posts as well?WhistlingWhistling

NOW I can say it HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!Happy B-Day

I call Shake and Bake.  "What is going on?"  i knew this low down sneeky crowd was up to something as no one had said Happy Birthday on this forum.  I arrive at Town Hall and they had gotten a call from Shake and Bake.  So I was brought a copy of the Wake Weekly which comes in the mail.  I had gotten the mail but had not opened the paper [BTW: someone stole my N&O newspaper out of my driveway today].   Seems I am shown this:

Rascals.  Thanks a lot.  Makes me feel good.  God bless you all.

DougDG - There are all kinds of farms. No livestock needed. The great thing about any farm is it is in the country, a part of nature, where you can do your own thing, be it hiking, fishing, hunting, boating, four wheeling, etc.

Mike C said "Buckeye, I think in two or three posts you have epitomized the heart and soul of this forum." I couldn't agree more.

Ebay has been so frustrating lately, I have been only checking out Buy Now items.

Pat,

Chief Eagle's quoted post was deleted earlier. Since you have his old post quoted in yours, this one will have to be deleted as well.

Also, please keep in mind that younger members do frequent our forums here. This sort of material is not appropriate.

Pat,

I believe the reason was the mention of female Drs. and the fact they may be desirable.

Also, question for you farmer guys:

What is the difference between a farm and a ranch?  Is it the crop or animal that is provided.  Or just a regional thing?  Farms; Dairy, various Crops, Pigs?  Ranch; Sheep, horses, etc..

I am still confusedConfused. Do you mean "desirable" in a sexist sense? That never entered my mine when I posted, and I doubt it entered the Chiefs mind. I was talking about female Vets were more attentive to the animals.

In fact I don't remember using the word "desirable". How do I get in touch with the moderator to discuss this?

In my mind the difference in a farm and a ranch is more regional than anything. Ranches are mostly in the western third of the country. Size may be a factor as most ranches are very large. Animals also is a factor since ranches almost exclusively raise animals.
