Say, since the old one is being locked anyways... and I assume it is still going to exist as a thread... how about a link to the old diner from the first post?

Oh yeah, and Jay, what was that post of yours supposed to say???

And finally, I've learned something with the forum's current configuration: If you don't want a double-space between your lines (in other words, you only want a new line, and not a new paragraph), use SHIFT+ENTER to go down a single line...

Congratulations, Willy.  On the snow and on the move.  I know that you have waited a long time to see some snow this year.

Finally, this weather has done something right here in Omaha. We currently have 2 - 5 inches of fresh powder on the ground with another inch coming before it ends. It's about time!

CopCar and Modelcar - I will try to honor your weather requests, but the weather machine in the back room has been acting up lately, so I can't guarantee anything. Wink [;)]

I wonder where Ed is? He has to come in and celebrate his birthday with everyone.

.....And nonwinter continues....and Willy if you can control any of it please just keep it going.  47.3 degrees as we look in here this morning.  But it is doing a pretty good rain.  Sure glad that's not snow.

Once again, truck gets it's clean wash job smeared but can't complain....haven't even had the winter tires installed yet...nor put any of the special sand bag weights into the very back of it...

Morning All, and a VERY Happy B-Day [bday] to Ed! Hope you have a great one, Ed!

Well, I like the new digs. Thanks Jim for getting us off and rolling. How are you and Duchess doing?

Well, spent the last couple days doing a mix of railfanning and hiking at a couple state parks. Should probably get some pictures up today as it looks like Weatherman Willy has sent us quite a bit of rain. Can you turn it off for tomorrow, Willy?

Well, must be on my way. Hope you all havea great day, and a very Happy and SAFE 2007!

Heck yea, already two pages!  This diner seems to like us as much as we like it!  I'll snag some cold pizza...pepperoni and/or sausage if there's any.  Cold pizza is one of my favorite foods...next to home made chex mix //hauls out two 18 gallon containers of Chex Mix// which I happened to have here!  Enjoy this as my little 'dinerwarming' gift!

Wow!  I would call this a successful grand opening.  And on a holiday weekend yet!!  I hope that this is a sign of things to come.

Gee, I guess I'll have another piece of pizza.  What's left?  I'm not fussy, I'll eat anything! Dinner [dinner]

Well, isn't the new Diner nice? I'm glad to be here! Thank you Jim for getting this new Diner going right away. Thumbs Up [tup]

I have been gone for the past 24 hours because we moved on Friday and I just got the wireless network back up and running. Our new house is super nice and best of all, it is near the BNSF railroad tracks in Omaha. I can't see the tracks because they are down in a gulley, but I can hear them. The computer is actually in a room that we've already designated as the office, rather than in one of the bedrooms. We've increased our garage size, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, and the basement is completely finished. Such an improvement!

The best news of all is that it now looks like we may end up with 2 - 4 inches of snow here in Omaha. That's even better than moving and living near the train tracks.

All righty, that's all for tonight; there's still a lot of stuff to unpack and put away. My room also has to be repainted since the family that lived here before us had all girls and all of the bedrooms are all painted yellow or pink. Yuck!

Hope everyone has a good evening!

Sorry, but the Canadian Bacon pizza is

MINE, ALL MINE!!!!! And you can't have any! (just kidding a little bit here, I know I must be polite and share with everyone, otherwise I might find myself in trouble with Cherokee Woman. We would not have a Diner without her help.)

After going out for brand new birthday decorations, I've got everything arranged, and the birthday decorations are up for tomorrow.  We will end the year in our new DD/CS, and celebrate Ed's birthday.

Yes, Df, pizza is on for tonight, in the new kitchen.  Below, you'll find the pizza menu for tonight:

1.   Canadian Bacon
2.   Cheese
3.   Goetta
4.   Hawaiian
5.   Pepperoni/Mushroom
6.   Supreme
7.   Vegetarian

I have made two extra large pizzas of all seven kinds on the menu for tonight.  They'll go into the new oven at 7:30 EST
