Speaking of marriage, cake, and styrofoam -

Read once of a couple who dutifully saved the top layer of their wedding cake in keeping with the tradition that they share it on their first anniversary. They carefully froze it, and retrieved it one year later. They cut the cake, and noticed that it seemed to have dried terribly. Careful inspection showed that said top layer was, in fact, styrofoam...

LC - correct me if I am wrong, but don't they serve Spumoni with a little liquor in it? Rum or something - in the real Italian restaurants, of course. As I remember, I had some one time and it lifted the fur on my neck.....

Don't worry Mookie: I had made a nice big chocolate cake for your birthday,
and I HID it so no one else could get it. It is now in the diner, and II am
guarding it so no one comes in and tries to skedaddle with it

Hi all. A major announcement from Delavan, Wisconsin.
MILK IS BACK!!!
Go to:
http://news.enquirer.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=2004412060363
Later, Jay

I know a lot of schools have contracts with Coke or Pepsi to "Place" a machine in the school. The money goes to help fulling in the budget holes. Delaware was good for that policy. Sorry state of affairs.
I now live in WI.

NY had/has "Matilda's Law" (after former Governor Cuomo's wife) which banned carbonated beverages in schools (at least during school hours). I think candy and other snacks might have been subject to the law, too. Poor kids were denied their Mountain Dew...

They've been trying to 'outlaw' vending machines in schools around here
for several years. They've even tried to keep the soft drink machines out
of the 'teacher's' lounge.[:(]

Being Crazy, keeps you from going "INSANE" !! "The light at the end of the tunnel, has been turned off due to budget cuts" NOT AFRAID A Vet., and PROUD OF IT!!
