Joe digital is the way to do. I have a Kodak 3900 3.1 mp. Love it!!! The best part it allows me to easily post photos on the web. My family loves to see photos of my daughter.

Boss Hen gave Mudchicken a heated birdbath for Christmas (true story)....Why is Mookie outside my kitchen window throwing extra firewood under the bowl and cutting lots of carrots and celery and throwing them in the bath bowl? Doesn't she know the rabbits can't get up there, or is that why the extra wood piled up is for?][:-^][:-^][:-^]

Morning everyone. Locomutt beat me to the computer this morning, and
I'm just now getting in the diner. Instead of breakfast, we'll have brunch
this morning: country-fried steak, steak fries, biscuits and gravy and
scrambled eggs. For those who don't want a country brunch, you can
have any of the regular breakfast or lunch menu you'd like.

Supper tonight will be the last of the Christmas dinner leftovers.

Pizza sounds like a winner, and will be really great for late night snacks!

Just realized tomorrow is Monday and vacation is over. [:(!] At least Friday is a holiday again, and the following Monday is my regular day off, so I get a 4 day weekend...

First, congratulations on the new computer, Andrew. Know you are
happy about that.

Second, just in case there's anyone who doesn't want Christmas
dinner leftovers tonight, how about some supreme pizza (with pepper-
oni, sausage, and red & green peppers on it? Think that would be a
nice change from a big meal again tonight.

I got a new computer for Christmas among other things. It's really cool and quite fast. I just hope nobody is trying to e-mail me yet as I haven't got to that part of the installation.

You got that right, Joe. No body cooks better than Mom. Just wish
locomutt and I both had our moms with us still. But my Mama taught
me to cook, so it's almost like she's here with us still. Breakfast is
more doughnuts (with the cream filled longjohns, and cinnamon
rolls. And you KNOW the doughnuts and longjohns all have
chocolate icing on them!!

Christmas Eve was another traditional day. Go to my parents house, and while everyone rushes into the living room to open presents, I go into the kitchen for some good old "mom" cooked meal. And like most moms, she had enough out there to probably feed all of us.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! Back to the kitchen for round "one too many"!

I'm pretty well cookied out for today. Haven't even broken open the fruitcake yet; don't plan to before tomorrow. We dined on steak and vegetables, with candied apple rings to add the holiday touch. I'll have to walk off some calories--maybe tomorrow.

Let's not talk about people's shapes here[:O] I look like the Pillsbury
Dough Boy (Girl) most of the year!!

Mr. Turkey has been in the oven roasting for two and a half hours
now. He should be nice and tender by about four or four-thirty.
About two, I'll open up a couple cans of shellie beans, peal some
potatoes, and cut up onion to put in it. And when the turkey is
done, I'll fix up the Stove Top Savory Herbs stuffing. Don't
cook it in thebird. Prefer it as a side dish.[^]

Merry Christmas everyone.

Breakfast is light this morning: very light so we all can save room for
the BIG dinner that will be ready later this afternoon. Going to
let all you football fans have time to watch the games: dinner will
be ready around 5:30, 6:00.

BTW, breakfast is: Krispy Kreme doughnuts, and Pillsbury Cinnamon
Rolls.
