Harang wore the same jersey for the first four days of this trip, but wore a jacket on top of it so nobody noticed.

Guess maybe it 'cost too much';
Possibly a 'rodent' got into the locker room,
and ate it [?]

Hear about the story of a 13 year old little leaguer who killed another little leaguer with a BB bat in Palmdale CA?

Tom, I loved your line about buying a vowel!

I tried posting here last night, in time for some shortcake, but the site was having problems, and I might have missed out.

Late last night I took Sarah out train-watching--sort of! I called her from the station platform, and while we were talking we had three trains go through. Two were Metra commuter trains, and the third was a loaded coal train doing about 50.

Hope everyone enjoyed supper. There's plenty of strawberry shortcake
left, if anyone wants a second helping.

You, the lunch crowd, did a good job of taking care of the leftover lasagna.
So to go with the corned beef and cabbage for supper, we'll also have
some Irish stew with cornbread tonight.

Dessert will be fresh strawberry shortcake.

Tell her I loved this - laughed for several minutes over it! The visual is just too funny!

That one was good, almost fell out of the chair laughing.
Must make a note to myself to buy more superglue for such situations.

Might as well cancel my subscriptions to CNN,MSNBC,etc.
Seems I get all the 'Headline' Updates on here.

MC - the poor ilk. They try to do a good job, be decent up-standing citizens and then they get a lot of headache for their trouble. I imagine you know exactly what he is talking about, too....

And as for the star chaser - I am going to sit back and let "the boys" do their thing. People like that don't last too long in forum country.
