I saw about five or six "Morristown and Erie" SD-40s and a F-40 from a different railroad and an Amtrak Train that looks like a yard train at a shop. Some were torn apart and being worked on and others ready to go back and other about to be worked on. When i ran around and looked at them i was a kid in a candy store.[:D][:P][:-,][swg]

...A pair of CSX SD40-2's, one B/G/Y, one G/B w/ YN, backing a short ballast train into a quarry. Later, I saw the track crew waiting for them to return.

Saturday night, got stopped by 3 CSX engines in Hanover, PA. They were SD50's 8506 & 8505 and GP40 6527. They were working the yard off of Hanover road and often tie up traffic.
This was a small train. Usually 5 engines on the head end with at least 3 of them being SD50's.

The CNW 8701 as . . . the CNW 8701.

In other words, unpatched and unpainted (not repainted into armour yellow).

Look for it on the railroad rails Monday. [:D] [:D] [:D]

Try standing on the island between main 1 and main 2 at the fuel rack and see how nervous you get. On second thought, DON'T.

A Rock Island covered hopper on CSX. I wasn't close enough to read the current reporting marks, just the big 'THE ROCK" lettering. Nostalgia....
