Brian, thanks for the picture.  I think I've seen some homes like that in our Metro area.  Are most of them only one or two bedroom homes?  They look on the small side.

Yeah, I think the ones left around here are all on the small side like this.

Jen, it wouldn't surprise me that they might've had more than one floor plan available.  A couple of the others are in this same neighborhood here, if I have time I'll scout around and get a snapshot of them.

EDIT:  Blasted website is acting up again... couldn't even access this thread for half an hour after it wouldn't respond to my first post, resulting in this double-post...

Good Tuesday morning, everyone.  Well, we're at our high for today:  41 F here in Louisville this morning, with very light rain (at least light for now).  Supposed to be down to 38 at 8 a.m., down to 32 at noon, and in the 20s by 5 p.m.

Coffee, juices, hot chocolate, hot cider and hot water for tea are ready. And on the warmer bar this morning:  bagels, bear claws, turkey bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy.  Mookie, got your coffee mug down, and it's on the counter, for you.

Let me know if you all want the regular Tuesday Mexican Fiesta, or would you like BLTs with soup for lunch and/or supper tonight?  Or would you like to have something else?

Good morning. 40 degrees with on and off rain in Carolina this morning. The weather prognosdigators prongnosticaters prognastigaters guessers say it will top our around 47. Tonight, it is prongisticated guest that there will be a hard freeze. What this place needs is a karoake machine. What do yall say.

Clipper time in my part of the north woods.  That doesn't mean a haircut, though - gonna want all the hair we can get.  Alberta Clipper - bitter cold.  Weather advisory for today says snow followed by wind (which will mean zero visibility, since we've gotten several inches of light snow over the past few days), then we get the cold.  Highs in the single digits, lows approaching -30.  Schools are even considering taking a snow day.

BLTs will be fine.

Karoake might be fun - have to stock it up with railroad songs, too!

Very sunny, no wind, snow ended up being a few flurries and a beautiful day except for the 5 above temp!

Brian - forum seems to have server trouble a lot here lately.  And my bet is that they do know about it.  I wonder if they don't have different servers for different parts of country.  Some people get to post, whilest others watch and fume.

Let's see - railroad songs.  Orange Blossom Special - don't have to sing that one.  Can get away with just tapping my foot.....  Cool

CW - throw a piece of chicken on my BLT and I will have my favorite sandwich - a club!

BLTs sound great, karaoke...not so much.  If I started to sing, windows break, dogs howl, and people leave rooms quickly.

Heard CN had two rails break at the start of the Manitowoc Sub from cold this morning.  Knowing one of the track maintainers...he's not going to be happy!  Back to sweltering heat at 0 heading for -15 tonight.  Gotta love winter!

Mookie
forum seems to have server trouble a lot here lately

I note others are seeing some problems on here as well as I have.....I promised Erick I'd report it {again}, if I had trouble at my location here and I have so last evening I did put a note on to him to inform what time it was noted, etc.....Seems that is one piece of info they were looking for....At what time was the problem{s}, presenting themselves.

The cold is working it's way in.....32.9 as I first looked this morning and now it's 26 and windy...maybe 20 to 25 mph gusts.   The winter snow advisory produced just a bit of off and on snowflurries blowing horizontal here this morning.  Actually, the sun as broken thru several times.  We were advised we'd see 1 to 3" from 4 am to 1 pm today....Not so as of yet and checking the radar, I don't see it coming.  Seems {again}, it's sliding east, north of us.

Hmmm, a karoake machine for here sounds really good.   Especially, if we load it with railroad songs.  Mookie, Orange Blossom Special  will be the first song in it!  And, it has to have Wabash Cannonball, too.

Dan, when we get the karoake machine, you and I will use it one morning, before the others get in, so they won't boo us out of here!

Got the BLT fixings ready.  There's also chicken tenders, so people like Mookie, can fix your own BLT or Club sandwich.  And there's plenty of fries to go with the sandwiches/clubs.

The Produce truck didn't have much on it this morning:  5 # bags of cole slaw, 5# bags of shredded/chopped lettuce, 10# bags of potatoes, along with oranges and bananas (bananas & oranges, loose, so we only got 4 apiece.  Good thing, I guess, cause we had 51 people, and ran out of all the produce, even the potatoes.

At 1:14, our temp has gone from the 41 degrees this morning,at 5 a.m., down to 21 now.  Think we're supposed to get down to about 13, 15 overnight, with wind chill in the minus category.  I know I'm going to be bundeling up later on, with my thermals, and a long sleeved top on!!

You all enjoy your meal, have a good afternoon, stay warm, and take care.
