A-yuh. And when it's over, what's left of the coffee will come back to us in a barrel marked "Heavy Crude."
It takes an iron man to play with a toy iron horse.

Almost lunch time...One cold one frist Joe..Then I'll order. BTW, what's the special today?
Well...Didn't make it out to the shop to run paneling, nor out to the Trainroom to run trains! I had apples calling my name this morning that had to be addressed. So I pressed a bushel or two, coming up with about 7 gal. of cider. A couple jugs are in the cellar (I like hot mulled cider this time of year), but the rest went into "primary" with a little yeast. I may have some "Jack" for Christmas or the New Year if all goes well...
I do have to get out to the shop and push a few boards before heading for town and a swim meet this afternoon...So I'd better get a movin'
Evening, a double brandy Joe, to many kids here, I need some MRR time, ain't gona happen.

Mike ,,, remind me what it was, I was suppose to figure out. Half timers has set in lately, I done forgot. Glad your couplers solved the problem. I've got a bunch of cars to do someday.
JB,,, i haven't had any apple jack since I was a kid. Great grandpa use to make some bought every year.
Looks like I mmight get some time without kids or the wife tonight, hope hope. catch ya'll laters

Maintain that positive attitude, regardless of the outcome of the tests. If nothing else, they're testing for these things earlier all the time, and catching most of them before they become too serious to deal with. I'm sure you'll be buying rounds for the rest of us when you're 90. Tough to stop a train once it gets moving, you know. My cholesterol is up there, so I'm on Lipitor until they come up with something better, and I don't eat a "Jeffrey breakfast" in the morning, either. My colonoscopy came back clean. (Hmm, "clean" doesn't sound like quite the right word there.)
I'll have a Pale Ale with a lime Joe...And set up the house too!
Mr. B I too, have high cholesterol...To go along with the high blood pressure! My Dad is 85 and has better numbers than I do, and he eats any and everything! What gives? Oh well...I woke up breathing this morning, made it through the day and I'm having a cold one....All seems right!
Jeffrey, it sounds like the docs have a plan, stick with all they say to do! If they think it's an infection, then the PSA test must be with in range...Not to worry!
Chris and Ryan: I never did get any PM's from you all regarding recipes. Maybe we should just post them here??!!?? What do the rest of you think about that? MR. B, wasn't it you that was going to do my shrimp etoufee? Did you get around to it? Did it turn out?

My father eats much the same things I do and he's in excellent health, and he's 73.
mikesmowers wrote: Morning all. Bring me a cup will ya Joe Thanks. That sounds like a good idea burying barrels, are you goung to put the EPA just around the corner? Mike
What?!? The EPA? That wouldn't be prototypical. The EPA didn't come into existence until 1970, and my layout is set in 1967, mostly. Actually, it was characters like Monty and Wayland who made the EPA a necessity.
Just an odd co-incidence, but the building I work in was built on a reclaimed Superfund site. We're surrounded by the kind of grassy knolls you typically see in a capped landfill, and there's even a pond with ducks and geese. Somebody noticed that no matter how cold it gets in the winter, that particular pond never freezes over...
Hey guys, I guess it was a hot time in Leesville today. Check out the temp on the bank clock!
I'll take a white russian
OK, who's buying? Oh, it's me. Got any Sam Summer Ale left, Joe? Yeah, bottle's fine. Thanks a bunch.
Talk about Mr. Burns. I got my spraying in outside, but it's getting dark and the humidity is creeping up, so I did some brush-painting with Floquil out in the mud room. Now, the whole garage stinks. I think it may be nothing but acrylics till the bugs come back in the spring. The fuel oil company is going to need a lot of Instant Rust, so I'll have to put that on over the weekend. I don't think I'll be quite ready for it this time around, though. Company coming, and there's a train show (local - club open house and some dealer tables) besides. And if my new little 0-6-0 comes in, well, I can sleep late Sunday morning.
Evening all, an old mil Joe thanks.
Not much of anything done today, to much help [Jbirds]. have been fooling round in the train room on a couple things this evening.
Mr. B.,,, the barrel thing and Mr. Burns sounds like it would work ok. Can't wait for a photo when it's done.
We know bout the EPA here. They got to the chemical plant in Marshall, finialy closed it down in 79. Put 800 [including the wife] people out of work. Even though the cancer rate was no high here than anywhere else. It's a grassy knoll also, but kids play soccer where they got the dirt from.
Think I'll head back to the train room awhile before bed, catch ya'll laters
