How is this for incentive Kevin? All the guys in the diner will each send you $10.00 (USD of course) if you post a video showing fifty pushups and fifty situps (without stopping) No tricks! You have to be honest and not be able to do them already.

How can I post a video if I am not able to do them?

Confused... Confused

Maybe you will get enough fellow forum members coming on board to buy yourself that Hudson or something else really nice.

There's an incentive if ever.

Oh, I already can do them.

I used to do 4 sets of 50 push ups per day, but changed it to 5 sets of 40 per day when the last ten started to really hurt. I can still do 50, but not worth the strain.

I just want one of your Royal Hudsons.

Hey, wait a minute.

How do I get a piece of the action?  I can do quite a few sit-ups and push ups.  (Right now I can do one sit-up in the morning, one after my nap, and one when dinner is ready.  I can do one push up if I fall on the ice.)  How much do I get for that?

The nearest Harbor Freight to me is about 50 miles, so I don't get there too often.  A lot of my tools came to me when my father died.  I had to clean his garage and basement.  I took what I wanted, and then I told his neighbors to come over and help themselves.

Speaking of tools, I have my father's Vise Grip.  That tool was invented and produced at a factory about 60 miles from me by the Petersens.  He was an immigrant from Denmark.  That plant is now closed and production comes from overseas.  The quality is not the same.  My father's Vise Grip still works like it did brand new 50 years ago.

Edit:  Top of the Page!!  It's happy hour in my time zone, so everyone can join me with a beer of your choice.

Definitely in Canada somewhere because of the small print on all the signage gives it away.

My guess would be Calgary in Alberta.  I have certainly been known to be wrong but at the very least they should put some lights on that Christmas tree on topSmile, Wink & Grin

Wherever that building is the Stoney Creek Bridge in British Columbia that the Chinese helped CP build sure is cool

Fuzzy picture but still gives the gist of how beautiful it is and how tall the Pines wish to grow

Well, apparently Brent is paying people for videos of them doing push-ups.

Not sure what he gets out of it, but he has all kinds of stipulations that make it dificult.

Oh... if you call it a "bet", he could be more acceptable to your terms.

CBS Sunday Morning or maybe 60 Minutes did a show on the vise grip factory years ago.  Vise grips were used like push pins, clamping notes and stuff around the factory.

Dave good luck with your test

Ken sorry to hear about your daughter.  I have one friend who got a winged scapula from MS.  That means you scapula sticks out.  That has been her only symptoms.  I have had two other friends with it and they have had more progression than that.

The Chief of Neurology at Maryland, was certain that a cure was imminent in 1973.  He was wrong.  However they are actively researching new treatments.  Praying for her.

Slippery up here and my transfer box four wheel drive linkage came undone.

Got the new part but did you ever try to squeeze one of those hard rubber grommets in with your thumb even after you warmed and soaped it up?

I haven't been fitting in anywhere today, ...Not even here!  Maybe I messed up and I'm carrying some bad karma with me.  I better hit the power button!!!

Got that right, have you seen some of our newest members?????? HUBBA!

If I recall you asked for something if you did 50 pushups. I am a trust but verify kind of guy.Laugh Do you really think I want to watch some sweaty guy doing pushups? Laugh Now bring on those new members.Whistling

Talking about the Hudsons I went and ran one along with my two RDCs, FPs and BS 4-4-0, I really like that little engine. I had not run a train for a long time with all the disruptions in the house and the trainroom being full of kitchen junk. It was a flawless session. I need staging though, parking is becoming a problem.

TF, the new building is not Calgary, but good guess. I'll wait a while longer for Ed to chime in, Ed knows everything.Laugh

The cabinet installer is back tomorrow, I'll be so glad when all this is behind us, not having a kitchen is just a pain.

Daughter is writing two exams tonight (biggies) I hope the fact she is having surgery tomorrow doesn't throw her off. I doubt it will as she is one cool cucumber, nothing fazes that kid.

I think a monster bowel of popcorn is in order dripping with butter, now if I can find the hot air popper.Hmm

All the best to all.

I just got a bottom-screen-pop-up ad for a diner in Toronto! Supposedly the best coffee in Canada.

OK... I really need to know how these are being targetted to me.

Did you buy some coffee online Kevin while shuffling around with the Canadians here?

Nope, I only buy coffee at Publix. I do watch a lot of YouTube videos by Canadians, but I have never expressed interest in a cup of Joe in Toronto.

Now I have a bottom-pop-up ad for Duffy's Sports Bar. I don't like sports, and I never go to bars. Never been to a Duffy's, nor would I ever plan to.

Edit: Now it is for Ugg boots for women.

Confused

How completely random.

We could use a good Schwarzenhammer around hereWink

I only knew one Schwarzenhammer and I liked him.  I think the second one would be much more betterYes

Excellence Bear!

You outdid yourself finding that one.  Anyone that can play a flute like that is comparable to the flute player of Jethro Tull.

And the architecture in that church overwhelming.  I looked at that architecture in that church like I look at Bridges

That was good enough for me to write home aboutYes

I would like to thank you for that oneYesYesYes

So soothing to the soul for me.

Was that Greg Lake from Emerson Lake and Palmer?  Do I even need to ask that?

Perfect!
