Yep I posted there. The shots are really nice. I wish I could get more SD40-2s up here. It was only last year we had alot.

Well, if I ever find a ACR SD40 it'll look like this:

http://thomas766.fotopic.net/p2626979.html

The ACR SD40/SD40-2s didn't get painted untill 1998, 1999. I wish WC never did paint them! They might still be on the CN! But by 98 they where getting really ratty. I wish CN would hertiage series. The ACR would look really nice!

Happy 4th of July every one! I don't have any pictures with fire works in the back ground, but I might later.

Well I have another rail fan video. IC 6110 heads out to switch the mill at Rothschild.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FyzaMO-QV28

I Don't know why that high pitched noise is. In The orginal file it wasn't there. Must of been introduced when I converted the file. The video looks nicer in High qaulity, but in the standard quality it's fine too.

Pictures can be found here:

Yeah, it's a Kato, and I'll probably get a Kato SD40 in ACR. Yes, WC patched them, and they stayed patch for quite some time too! Although in there later years they didn't look as nice.

Question:

Did WC repaint them right away, or did they get patched like the GP40's?

Ok these shot just convinced me I am going to sell my WC SD40 6001, to get an ACR SD40. (Algoma Central Was bought in 1995 by the WC, just in my era) That paint scheme is really neat.

Heh heh heh... I'm guessing that the 5-unit set is all one color, right? Then the other ones are remaining black? Now to find some trailers to put on them...Smile,Wink, & Grin [swg]

Nice. This is what Schulenburg looks like...Whistling [:-^]

(There really isn't any photo shop. And I mean it too! lol.)

Well I don't have one of those Alex, but I need to add a nose light to me Kato SD40, and that's going to be the most difficult part. There's always this little voice in the back of my head saying "Hey, if you screw up, you just trashed a 80 doller locomotive." Ok 80 dollers isn't the worse, I picked it up at a train show, runs nice too.

EDIT: Sweet Model k4!

Wow. I thought I missed a lot when I got 24 separate "Trains.com - Automated Emails" about a new post, but it was just a bunch of nonsence, for the mostpart. So, I will make a video soon of all the lighting features in my Athearn F59PHI. If anyone here has one, you would know that it's a pain in the @$$ to add just the headlight, and I added 7 lightsWhistling [:-^]!

WCfan:

This is the google map for it. They drain it every fall, and I think they took this during that process.

Alright alright... enough with the quotes... It died in 1969...

Anyways... With Impak Plans, the NEAT shops constructed 5 identical cars for use with WRS' current 3 cars. All cars are in the paint both, some receiving red but most will remain black.
