fifedog sirjames ---> 88 - I would be happy to buy that LW (I just love the old-school looks of the thing) from you. No hurry, whenever you come across it. Good luck with the test.

Good evening all,
Work went well. Weather was tolerable. Only 7 of our team showed for the game tonight so we lost 7-1. I hope everyone has a good day.
Keep on training,
Mike C. from Indiana
Try replying tonight, I can even see what I'm typing, don't know what happened yesterday. Chief probably had something to do with it.
Happy Birthday SJ, BLT's are back in season here, weather is getting very warm again!
Made a commitment today to get a couple of tables at the next train meet, will be interesting to see how that goes. Will force me to see if I can part with some stuff!
Had a good day today, went to PHYSICAL Therapy, made arrangement to talk with a consultant regarding my future and the leg issues, bought some wireless telephones, and our website did really well.
Hopefully, tomorrow will get a "control station" built in the backyard for the Dogbone.
So far the software changes are working well. Even have the wife working with them, and she is liking it.
Take care ALL and STAY Healthy!
Don
Hello there,
Wow...I had the same problem Chief did. Then it took several trys to get REPLY to load. I was about to give up.
After a high here near 100 on Tuesday the mid 70's felt a bit cool today
Fife, I'd love to stop by if time allows. We're traveling Friday. If grandson's race Saturdayis postponed due to wet conditions it may be a possibility. Mrs & I will be making the trip again in July with the camper. I'll PM my number. Call if you'd like.
I use Firefox exclusivly. The IT guys at work swear by it.

88........... Good luck with the test.
My stop at toy Town was a good one. I found a mid 60's Tyco/Mantua PRR passenger set with box that had no price tag. When I asked the man said make me an offer. I threw out a number I thought he'd laugh at an he accepted it as long as it was cash.
Best move on
Prayers for those in need

Happy Birthday, S.J.
Woke up to rain again. Hot and muggy today.
Hope you had a good B-day SJ.
Fellers thank you for the birthday greetings.
We had krispy Kreme for cake and of course Banilla.
73 cloudy and very humid. Looks like we will be blessed with more rain before the day is over.

Good morning all,
The saga of my MTH 4-8-4 continues. I just got a missing part sent to me after repairs but today I turned the engine over to clean the pick up rollers and discovered that all four grease port screws were missing. I'm sure they will replace them but would just like to finish this project.

Evenin' boys. Raining off-and-on in the Mid-Atlantic region. Sears delivered the new washer today. Cleaned out cellar stairwell, including spider webs, so the crew wouldn't get the hoo-boo-geebies. While in the basement, continued sprucing up, and boxed up all of my MTH-LIONEL-KLine catalogs. Now cooking barbie-Que thighs in oven.
Banks - Left you a voicemail, so just lemme know.
Quiet day at work. Weather was muggy for walk. Dodged raindrops and lightning bolts to get yard mowed. Hopefully a quiet weekend at home watching that All-American sport being contested by the finest lady athletes in the world. I hope everyone has a good day.
Dennis here it's 98,100,98,100 + humidty which has been running in the low 70's% to mid 80's%

Mornin' boys. Clear and 72 in the Mid-Atlantic region. Spoke with Banksie last night for a bit. Perhaps I shall get on the business end of a paintbrush today.
Morning. More heat. Big storms rolled through from dark until way into the morning. Lots of rain. Maybe more tonight. Baby sitting 2 1/2 year old great nephew this morning until 2:30. Makes a mess of day. Will stay inside. Have a good one.

Chief - Get that young fella out in the train box and start his "engineering" degree.
Friday for those working.
The sun is out and it is 58 degrees heading to 75. Nice.
Groceries today.
Nothing else but maybe some grass if it drys some.
Quiet day at work. Really muggy on walk today. Tired. Quiet evening at home. I hope everyone has a good day.
HEY get up, fathers day is not until tomorrow.
Just dealing with the heat/drought here. In the 90's every day lately. We went to the public library yesterday to find a cool spot. Our air conditioner ran all day and could not keep up with it. I used one of the computers at the library and saw some neat 611 videos on a big screen. Awsome! Shows how bad my old one at home is. Need to get a new one soon. Tried out swimming pool for the last couple of days. Still haven't got that like I want it yet. I'm probably swimming in chemical soup instead of water but I'm still none the worse for wear. Son that lives with us is away this weekend so we don't have to cook for him. Ate out last night at local Mexican restaurant. Don't have a clue what my kids have planned for father's day.
later,
I hope everyone has a good day.
Good Morning
Nice and clammy here in humidland. 72 feeling like 84 right now, supposed to get to 77 feeling like 90 later on...oh...with the ever present chance of showers/thunderstorms.
Have some relatives coming for a mid-afternoon BBQ...weather permitting, of course..otherwise, indoor activities will be done instead...

Happy Father's Day boys. Remnants of "Bill" in the Mid-Atlantic region. Wish I could send some of this rain to our Westies... Ran trains during the last night. FifeMax likes to lay under the benchwork so he doesn't hear the thunder. Getting reacquainted with the 2026. Had to bust out some forgotten O27 equipment, so as not to tax the motor on my steep grades. No speed control, no protosounds, just a steady hand on the throttle and eyes on the rails.
Sadly, I found out that my favorite train store, Catoctin Trains, recently went out of business (owner retired). This one hurts me a bit.
Going over BIL's for dinner later. Enjoy your day.
Back from da BEACH!!!!!!!!. Got home about 8:30 after a couple of traffic jams, lunch, gas and pee breaks.
A high lightof the trip was the Ocean City Airshow. Saw the Air Force Thunderbirds strut their stuff over the surf!!!!!!!!!!!! Other favorites were theWWII B25 and P51.
SIL and Grandson caught this on their 2nd attempt at surf fishing.
Got it in the surf at Fenwick Island Thursday evening.
Daughter and 2 oldest grand kids due for lunch. Surf & Turf. Some NC shrimp from a roadside stand and Home grown steak from the freezer. No commitment from sons family.
After we came home early the Dirt Drags were rained out yesterday. Worked out though cause I got to take mom to the class of 43 reunion at a local restaurant. There were 11 in attendance and 51 still known to be living. Mom is 4 years older than most because she took a break to care for her younger sibling when her mom died very young.
Best move on and get the day started
Happy Father's Day,
We had are get togeather thing yesterday due to some having to work today.
Rained last night, making the nine day total 10.5"
I am going to put some gas in the tank of my 1975 Triumph Trident, then kick it to life and go for a Father's day ride. If she will start, or I don't have the big one from kicking it.
Hot and humid. Last storms hits last night per forecast.
Happy Father's Day to all.
Food later today.
HAPPY FATHERS DAY
There are a lot of wonderful things in the oceans but seeing that shark makes me enjoy the Great Lakes a lot more.
Well, another hot day here in Orlando. Going to see our new granddaughter and relax around the pool.
Watched 2 World Cup matches today. Trimmed some trees. I hope everyone has a good day.
Hope you all had a good one,
Well the bike ride for today was a bust. Put the gas in the tank and within an instant gas was running out of the end of the petcock. Dry rot on the seal. So I drained it out and took off the tank, ordered two new ones and knowing there was fuel in the carbs decided to give her a kick and three kicks it was running!!! Ran the gas out of the carbs and turned the AC on in the shed. Spent the afternoon washing and cleaning her up. Needed it bad. Been sitting more than two years.
Was good for me.
