Just got done with The Sopranos and e-mail....doing dishes and cleaning up a bit...Parents arrive tonight.
Got the recycle stuff out and on the curb just in time...Have Oatmeal and hot tea for breakfast.
Later on, Princess takes another stab at the permit test....I need a novena for this....!
Probably try to do bills and IRS crap later. Temp was supposed to be in the late 50's and I was going to break out the Harley but its cloudy and spittin' a bit so I guess that's out....
Dennis for your family and the adoption.
Looks like the CTT home landscape is barren - probably due to the maintenance that occured last night. Took me multiple times to get on this morn.
OK off to see the wizard...

Good morning. It's 55° and cloudy. The high will be 71. There's a 40% chance of showers and a slight chance of thunderstorms this morning. This afternoon will see a 90% chance of thunderstorms with some storms being severe.I feel tired today, unfocused and I'm having trouble keeping my mind on any one thing. It feels almost like my school years when ADHD ruled. Can't concentrate. Slight headache. Back to bed I guess.

Aloha . Grey but warmer today. Hope everyone enjoyed their Valentines. We had a nice meal at home with the boys and then watched a movie she liked together. She was annoyed when I came home with a train-depot flower, but I surprised her with a few other little gifts. I got to watch the Chicago Tribune printing plant yard be switched this am, as our train stopped outside the downtown station along that big curve you've seen in all the photos of the C&NW 400s and UP-C&NW trans-con trains. The UP pulls a long train of newsprint cars (CN, CP, Soo, WC, GTW) in with their GP20s, then pushes it back into the plant and picks up the empties. They have to keep crossing and recrossing a city street to do so. They also left some tankers for the Blommer chocolate plant..I got the same error on Page 35.

Last post got hung up in cyber limbo, tried doing a direct link to the TV stations website and I guess it don't work. ERROR, ERROR ! It was preventing me from being able to view page 35 so I am trying a post on page 34.
Jack and anybody else that tried the link that I posted the problem was caused by the CTT software not liking the TV station's call letters, K.U.S.I. w/o the periods of course.
See if this "work around" works.

Hello all
For whatever reason can't get to the last page, so I'll try posting from the next to the last page.
Well we got a couple inches of the Chief's favorite today. My co-worker left early when it started snowing hard. He's still kinda new and not used to driving in snow. Must have ancestry in the south... He did have the additional fun of the defrost not working at first.
Got a call from the director about something shortly after I came on shift. I asked her if she had heard my news. She mentioned something about me still being employed. Guess that's her way of saying she appreciates me being here. Ah, astronomers...
A positive result of the whole job thing is that I finally sold off the MG and the landlords of my place in Tucson are going to put AC and new heating in the house.
Chief - I'm actually not a big fan of some of our new immigration laws, but it's interesting you mention our Civil War history. The Confederacy was actually in control of Tucson for about 6 months or so. A group of Union forces came down from Phoenix and met the southern forces @ Picacho Peak. Wasn't a huge battle, but it went the way of the Union and control of southern Arizona shifted back. The other Civil War battle site in Arizona is the Dragoon Butterfield Stage stop where a group of Rebel forces transiting to Tucson got attacked by Apaches. I've been to this site and the graves of the Confederate soldiers are still decorated. They do a re-enactment of the Picacho Peak battle every year. Some day I need to go see it.
Should be a quiet night w/ the weather. Going to try and finish up the Marx and maybe put the lamp bracket in the 2026, then I can smoke up the house w/ it and the 2025

Chief, blood oxygen level below 90 is serious. I think normal is somewhere between 95 and 100 but I don't think many ever hit 100. I have one of those oximeter devices you spoke of and my blood oxygen level is usually around 95 in the day time. It drops at night so I have to use 02 while sleeping and incidentally when flying. When my problem was diagnosed 4 years ago in the hospital, it was below 88 for a short time. They would not let me go home without 02. After it got better, I only had to use it at night. Hope your situation is only temporary. The 02 level in everyone drops while sleeping. That's normal. Mine was low to begin with so therefore I had to have 02 at night. Take good care of yourself.
