My travels aboard the NYC were all when diesel power was used. Never had the pleasure of a 20th Century Ltd trip with a "real live" Hudson. Fine machines, eh
I'm a diesel kinda guy with a departure when it comes to the Pennsy GG1 - my most favorite of locomotives EVER! I can fully appreciated the "steamers" though, nothing can surpass their majesty on the rails!
