Mudchicken, here's the WD-40 for you!!  Hope it helps.

Produce went well this morning.  They brought:  sweet potatoes, cabbage, bags of carrot sticks, strawberry yogurt, gallon jugs of chocolate milk, 1/2 pints of regular milk.  We had 69 people show up this morning, and had nothing left by 9:30.  Bread/pastry truck had the regular assortment of breads, and pastries were chocolate brownies (?) and an assortment of doughnuts.

For the rest of the day, we have:

1.  Leftover spaghetti casserole, fresh Texas toast and Italian bread sticks and Italian garden salad.

2.  "Small" assortment of our Tuesday Mexican Fiesta, with tacos, burritos, Spanish rice, chimichangas and fajitas.

Hope you all enjoy your afternoon.  Take care, and I'll try to make it back in later.

CW : This morning we need blue gatorjuice, a syringe with WD-40 and a brainectomy on the side.

Good Tuesday morning everyone.  57 degrees and cloudy this morning, here in Louisville.  Supposed to get up to 75 today.  Think yesterday, we got up to 80, 82 degrees.

Mookie, just to be on the safe side, with Willy, I went on Facebook, and wrote a birthday greeting on his wall.

Coffee, juices, and other morning beverages are fresh and ready to go.  Breakfast is also ready and on the warmer/serving station.  Larry, Tom, et al, have hot water for your morning hot tea.  Mudchicken, do you need some hot cider this morning?

3 weeks and 1 day until I go for my glaucoma test.

Everyone have a very good morning, take care, and I'll see you all after I get through with Tuesday Produce.

....And another picture perfect day here in Muncie.  Just perfect.

Jean and I did some outside cleaning and renewing around the house today....Front post light cleaned and painted, and more outside windows cleaned, and even lunch, relaxing out in front of house....including Ella and her food dish....{Pup}.

Another post light {out back}, might get the same treatment tomorrow as well as another at the garage service door.  Two along side of the garage door might get it too, we'll see....

A beautiful day on the railroad.  Fantastic temperatures, sunny blue skies, even some color left in the trees (peak was a week or two ago).

Good thing it was warm - I didn't have the HEP generator equipped car in the consist as it had been "borrowed" for another train.  Nobody complained.

As I was getting ready for our first trip, I noticed a familiar face in the crowd - a cousin, along with her husband and granddaughter.  Had a nice chat with them.  Always nice to get a surprise.

Ended the day with a bunch of switching to put the HEP coach back in the consist and get rid of one of the coaches.

Almost bedtime, and it's a busy week yet to come!

CW - I sent Willy a note, so he might check in.

Rendevouz with garbage man @ dark-30 was in the rain this morning.  Of course, right after that it quit raining.

We won our fb game, but I can't discuss it, since I might jinx them.  But we enjoyed the Buckeyes visiting our home.

Must go lay in the south window and absorb that wonderful summer/fall feel.  I will take 70-78 any day!

Murray - sounds like Mother Nature is having trouble finding a happy medium there.

I was in SA for a conference some years ago.  On our "free night" we wandered afield (to an outlet mall north of town).  Almost didn't make it back to the hotel due to heavy rains and some accompanying flooding.

As they say - when it rains, it pours...

Larry we ended up with up to 5 inches of rain in the vicinity....and an F0-F1 tornado about 6 miles from my house.  Damaged a post Office and delivery trucks....and tore roofs off of a nearby subdivision...

Good Sunday morning everyone.  Joe, glad to hear that you and Stacey had a great time last night on your anniversary!  And Joe, thank you for taking care of breakfast this morning.  Woke up at 4:50, and then proceeded to lie back down:  next thing I knew, it was almost 6:30.

Wonder how our favorite chicken is doing this morning:  understand from the weather report, that Denver and surrounding area got hit with snow overnight.  Bet he's not too happy this morning.Tongue Tied

Everyone have a good morning, take care going to Church, work, railfanning, or whatever else you have to do this morning.

Wellll! The USC Thunderchickens romped and stomped today over another victim. The victim will remain unnamed in order to protect the innocent and certain folks on this forum.... Maybe we finally found our QB to replace the unlamented Steve Garcia.

Take care and have a great weekend

80 degrees here in Louiville at 4;35 p.m.  Very warm out, too, as there is hardly any breeze.

Joe, hope you and Stacey are having a very good anniversary today.  And there'll be pizza for Mat, so don't worry on that part.   And, speaking of which, here is our Saturday Night Pizza Fest menu:

1.     Anchovie

2.     Canadian bacon

3.     Cheese

4.     Chicago style

5.     Goetta

6.     Ham & green pepper

7.     Hawaiian

8.     Italian sausage

9.     Pepperoni/mushroom

10.  Supreme

For Dessert:

1.  Strawberry cheesecake

2.  Chocolate cheesecake

3.  Peach cobbler w/ice cream

And for Cannonball and Shirl:

Lobster Thermadore w/Italian salad, bread sticks (and just this one time here in the Cafe:  white Zinfadel)

Hope you are all enjoying your Saturday.  Take care, have a good evening, and see you all later.

.....Another yard mowing done...And what a beautiful day to do it.  But, it's getting hot out there.  Clear sky and bright sunshine.

This area is very capable of having such nice weather in October, and so far, this one is doing very well.

Grass is growing like Springtime...

Update:

Hot, Hot, Hot.....Now 4:55  and it's 80 degrees...Same as down at C Ws' area.  And the sun is really bearing down....Have been over at our neighbors helping trimming an out of control shrub, and the sun heat has me about melted down.  Should not have attempted that in the afternoon...{west side of house}, but we have it looking better.

Bea-Utiful day here in Northern New York.

Salads are all made for the FD chicken BBQ tomorrow and everything else is at the ready, too.  All we need are customers!

More projects than I've got time to do them, so I'd better get to work.

I have given up on the abomination formerly known as FaceBook, at least for a while. The slow loading due to the ad ad everywhere an ad policy plus the problems making an entry for the same reasons coupled with my typing problem are too much. The turkeys have made a shambles of what once was a fun place to meet up. Now, it is painful and aggravating.beyond measure just to try and say hi. T'aint worth it. Also, it very thoughtfully put a number of friends, including Paula on the blocked list. I only found them blocked when I was trying to find the way to deactivate the account. I had wondered where they had got to. I may go back once they get it unscrewed. End of soapbox!

I thought you was a Noo Yawker?

I spent my adolescence listening to Tiger games on the radio - we lived just outside Detroit.  Frank Lary, Al Kaline, Mickey Lolich, Bill Freehan, Norm Cash, Jim Northrup, Mickey Stanley, Dick McAuliff - classics all.

As for the Yankees - I come close to the camp that, when asked who they root for, answers "who ever is playing against the Yankees..."

I don't hate 'em, but I favor others over them...
