Lion,
Spell checker, heck, I thought, that is how you speilled, tings.
BTW, Looks like lion may be in the top door window, on the bottom, right corner, the train is going so fast, it is causing a blurr, must be the leaves, on the track.
Cheers,
Frank
zstripeLooks like lion may be in the top door window,
Train is in tunnel. No leaves. LION is not on train this morning, him is standing there on the wayside in plane site.

Here there be cats. LIONS with CAMERAS
Looks like he is up on the wall, the only safe place there. Too many third rails, and between the two tracks where there is no third rail is still too close to the train rushing past.

I had thought, all in all,it was just another, brick ( fuzz ) on the wall.
BTW, how did they get a plane on site?
This is the Smith-9th Street station on my layout, but the portal look like it escaped from Broadway Junction, and intentionally so. The car was painted for my old layout.
Lion is now apparantly showing his contempt for us and walking away fluffing his tail. Can't be running alongside the departing train to wave goodbye at anyone onboard, with the signals the way they are, that train's coming right at us if it moves.
LION is not on platform and is not fluffing his tail at us. Train is moving North, not south, Him is waiting for home signal to clear.
Randy,
There is probably, no one on the train, to wave goodbye to. The Lion, more than likely, ate them all. Lion, snacks!
That explains much - and the DS is holding the train until he can be assured the lion is NOT on board where he could make a snack of the next station's passengers.

LION is Hiding, can you find him.
He is sitting on the fire escape railing on the building on the left side.
Is that a new pic, I don't recall seeing that one before?
That LION or that station?
Both have been seen before, in any event, the LION has gone into the Coney Island Shops. This car is up on jacks having its trucks replaced. Now all I have to do is to 1) Find that silly LION, and 2) build the shop building. That building is not hig on my list of T2D.
Lion ate some #s up in the number board and is now enjoying the view.

That station, you silly! That's one of the longest I recall seeing so far, at least at that angle.
Brent,
He's gotta eat ''sometin'' running out of pass. snacks.
Yes, that station on my layout is quite a bit longer than some of the others. My standard station is four feet long, enough to berth a 300' subway traiin. That station was built before I bought subway cars, and as an express station was expected to berth longer, regional trains.
What the heck, NYCT has some platforms well over 1000' long (400' longer than their longest trains), and for the same reason too, they were originally LIRR tracks that morphed into subway tracks. A conductor was killed at that station, she had her head out of the cab too long, perhpas watching something on the platform, and the wayside fence separating the unused platform from the fare zone hit her in the back of the head. MTA has since made a cut out in that fence at the height of the conductor's window, they also require the conductors to be back inside the car within 60' instead of the original 180 feet.
The Lion is patiently waiting at the bottom left of the signal post, I hope him does not have a taste for hard working signal maintenance men.
Cheers, the Bear.

This is an older picture at Smith-9th Street. Mush more work has been done since then.
LION should finish the wiring project and get back to the scenery projects, but silly lion is hiding again.
On the end of the platform on the right side, kinda hiding by a post
Before:
With some work in Progress:
Maybe I could finish the scene if I could find my LION.

Give us a break! We were all in Church.
Oh now he's a magic levitating lion... I see.
Actually, I STILL don't see, even knowing exactly where he is.
He is standing on the road. Go back to the larger photo and you will see the road.
Aaaaaugh Heck Lion, I reckon that even Brents Super Duper Bat-o-Vision All Seeing Goggles couldn't find him. In fact I'd go as far to say that if the Lion forgot where him placed the little fellow, him would be hard placed to find him. So much for those natural history documentries who lead me to believe that only the savanna was the lions terrority.
That's like trying to find a Hockey Puck in a tar pond.
Two minutes in the penalty box for you Mr. Lion! Unsportsmanlike conduct!
