Dad, So keep up the good work your some day daughter-in-law will thank you.
Lisa, there's two of them. I think they should both be finding wives. It is a priveledge and honor to have two such wonderful sons. I can't take up this entire forum with this, but just let it be known that I live for these guys. Trains are pretty far down the list sometimes.
Evening Gang:
James: An early . It's early because if I wait I'll forget. That's the way it is for us old codgers. Maybe Mrs Inch will bake you a cake? How about that Inch?
Not much since earlyer. The tooth is still bothering me but I'll keep on keeping on. It's HECK getting old.
I'm going to hit the sack. If this tooth keeps me awake I'll get out the big guns and take some of that Hydrocodon that I'v been avoiding. It tends to give me constipation.
Hay Lisa. We resemble that!
Good Night All
James, What kind of cake would you like,( My James(age 6) loves stawberry Cheese cake )I'll send it to the coffee shop, Good thing about virtual cake it affect your diet. How old will you be, prob younger that me, though I still pretty young by"CS" standards.
Big Hello to Martin, It's nice to have you with us and I agree with the guys, sit a spell and tell us all about yourself, we're not shy and we do like to talk about just about anything.
Ed it is encouraging to hear of a Dad who will do what is needed, I have been bleesed with a husband like that and I know my boys will grow up to be good fathers just from watching there Dad, So keep up the good work your some day daughter-in-law will thank you.

I haven’t figured out how to do the quotes yet because I don’t think they work the same as in the old way,do they??
Yeah, basically the same way. If you hit the "quote" button at the right side of the message you'll get a reply screen that has the entire message quoted. You can just delete the parts you don't want to quote (instead of having the whole message show up as quoted when you only want to respond to one point). That's how I did it with this response.
The other way is also the same as before. Highlight and copy the part of the message you want to quote. Hit the reply button. In the reply box type in [ quote ], then 'paste' the text you previously copied. then close with [ /quote ] (both without the extra spaces, of course.)
Hit the 'preview post' button to check that it came out the way you wanted before posting, or go back to the post and hit the 'edit' button to correct it.

Hi Gang: We hauled hay this morning. We’re going back again for another load in the morning. The heat gets to be too much in the afternoon.I’ve got a toothache that is giving me a headache. The combination is really much. I’ve got an appointment with the dentist Monday afternoon.
Duce: Give my best to your wife. I hope that she gets better fast. It sounds like you and the young’un are having fun. Have you gotten him his own trains yet? The offer is good with no expiration date. I put the guys on notice to have a couple of bottles on hand in case we need them.
Frisco Pete ( Martin ) : Welcome to the coffee shop. Please have a cup or glass of whatever on me. Ryan is buying the meals so load up. We are a noisy bunch here. Tell us some more about yourself. What scale do you model in, what prototype or freelance, and anything that a bunch of snoops might like to know.
I’m going to cut and run now. Have a good one All.
Ryan is this the Diet your talking about
For those of you who are trying to lose weight and to stay fit-the sort of advice you have been waiting to hear all along -you'll love this !HEALTH QUESTION & ANSWER SESSION Q: I've heard that cardiovascular exercise can prolong life; is this true? A: Your heart is only good for so many beats, and that's it... don'twaste them on exercise. Everything wears out eventually. Speeding up your heart will not make you live longer; that's like saying you can extend the life of your car by driving it faster. Want to live longer? Take a nap.Q: Should I cut down on meat and eat more fruits and vegetables? A: You must grasp logistical efficiencies. What does a cow eat? Hay and corn. And what are these? Vegetables. So a steak is nothing more than an efficient mechanism of delivering vegetables to your system. Need grain? Eat chicken. Beef is also a good source of field grass (green leafy vegetable). And a pork chop can give you 100% of your recommended daily allowance of vegetable products.Q: Should I reduce my alcohol intake? A: No, not at all. Wine is made from fruit. Brandy is distilled wine, that means they take the water out of the fruity bit so you get even more of the goodness that way. Beer is also made out of grain. Bottoms up!Q: How can I calculate my body/fat ratio? A: Well, if you have a body and you have fat, your ratio is one to one. If you have two bodies, your ratio is two to one, etc.Q: What are some of the advantages of participating in a regular exercise program? A: Can't think of a single one, sorry. My philosophy is: No Pain...Good !Q: Aren't fried foods bad for you? A: YOU'RE NOT LISTENING!!!. Foods are fried these days in vegetable oil. In fact, they're permeated in it How could getting more vegetables be bad for you?Q: Will sit-ups help prevent me from getting a little soft around the middle? A: Definitely not! When you exercise a muscle, it gets bigger. You should only be doing sit-ups if you want a bigger stomach.Q: Is chocolate bad for me? A: Are you crazy? HELLO ..... Cocoa beans! Another vegetable!!! It's the best feel-good food around!Q: Is swimming good for your figure? A: If swimming is good for your figure, explain whales to me.Q: Is getting in-shape important for my lifestyle? A: Hey! 'Round' is a shape!Well, I hope this has cleared up any misconceptions you may have had about food and diets.

A bit darker. Perhaps if you make the type BOLD it would be more viewable. We have a crazy situation so every week is different. Looks like Eddie scared the other folks away.

I dont know how common that name is.
Duce, in Louisiana the name ‘Boudreaux’ is very common. It is a
Cajun French name, and in fact at one time in New Orleans there
were at least 5-7 pages of Boudreaux’s in the phone book. Now
I have no idea how many, since the population is about half
what it was pre-Katrina. It is funny because I only know four
other Boudreaux’s in New Orleans and two of them are my parents,
and the third one is my sister.

And lets not forget that as your friends cars are going down in value for the next 8-10 years, yours gets more valuable every day!
All,
Just thought I'd share yesterdays big news on the fair train. They brought out the big guns to add more cars to the train! They used this guy to bring a couple of extra cars down from the museum.http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j319/pcarrell/Prototype%20Train%20Photos/Captured2006-8-1500005.jpg
Prayers for all those in need (that's basically everyone!). A special one for Cary and his family.
Good morning.
Cary - Congrats on your retirement from the USN. I remember the day I left my base in Halifax after 31 years in the Navy, it felt like a huge load was lifted from my shoulder, it was about 11:00 am. I went home and re-read all the papers that I had been given that morning. I also remember the next day when I got up and said "Now, what am I going to wear?".
I hope your CFO is doing fine and you as well.
Happy MRRing.
Morning all,
Philip the way i look at it is, the car second hand was cheap so i can afford to spend some extra on it, there are guy's at work who pay more per month on the finance than i paid for the car.

Hello Guys,
Chloe I'll have the Duce special. Large sweet tea and some hot wings please.
I have not had the time to jump on and respond really so I have alot of making up to do. The CFO had surgery today and the Doc. kick me and Nate out at 2000 (8:00pm) so its just me and the Little guy tonight. I love being a father. Its great.
First off thatnks for all the Congrats and welcome backs. I missed this place. I drove by a couple times but didnt have the chance to come in and have a sit. Its good to be back.
Chloe could you get me a mango out here so I can see how ED eats one of those things. I didnt know you could eat it any other way then getting it all over you.
Trent: could you email me. I have a question for you.
Ryan: I work with a guy with your last name. He's from New Orleans. I dont know how common that name is.
ED: Ill have to Check Trents place out when I get down that way. I may be heading up at the end of this month so go check out the land a bit.
Duke: I agree it was never all that bad. I guess with any work you have good and bad. I have had many good times. Sometime to good of a time while in the Navy. I have been to the gulf 3 times and around the world twice. Its just Like what INDYSON said its time for me to move on! I want to be a father more then I want to be a sailor. I'll miss it. It's all I know really. Ive been doing it for over 12 years now. It was the first real job I ever had and like I had said all I know is launching aircraft. So this cattle think (if thats what we deside to do) is total new to me.
Paul: I may have to take you up on that offer.
Well guys I have to get down to the hospital early not to mention Nate wakes up at 0430 (4:30am) for some chow. That little guy keeps me on my toes. I though this was going to be easy...lololol.... WRONG.. I love it though.
Talk to all you guys again soon I hope.
Cary
Just so I talk a little about trains... I miss my layout.lololol. It sucks to see all my trains put up in little boxes instead of out running around on the tracks. Just so you guy know. I dont think I had told you guys. But a had layed the last 2 flex tracks a week before I desided to sale the house. Thinking it would take like 6 months to sale. It sold in 3 days. So we had to rush to find a small apartment and then sold EVERYTHING execpt my trains and baseball cards..lolol Tools and all. When the guy came to pick up the bed he bought from us I didnt even have a screwdriver to take the thing apart.
Talk to you guys later.
Good evening all!
Just a cup of coffee, please, Zoe. Thanks.
Just got home and going back out tomorrow AM. Got to rescue the Grandparents from the Grandkids. Or is it the other way around??
Anyway, saw this thread on page two and that just is not right.
PC: Great Pics!!
I hope to get back home early enough on Friday to get some answers on the Athearn engine. Oh, and get a good decoder for the one DCC ready Bachmann.
Have a good night.
No food for me, having Chinese for dinner so I'll be back in an hour!
Two more days of Mr Mom and then you won't see me as much. Aren't you lucky?
Rob, nice pics! I meant to tell you that earlier.
Steve, don't you just hate it when you have to pay to be different? I love old cars, but I hate paying for them!
Hello everyone,
I need a stiff drink,
just paid £325 for an exhaust for my car, I had to get a custom builder to do a stainless one as there are none available from any of the manufacturers for my model of car, it's an audi quattro of which there are less than 20 of the same model left in the UK, so it had to be a custom job
Here;'s a couple more shots from that trip, then it's off to the back 40.
