Wow, nice shots, everyone.
This is kind of my current favorite--a big 2-8-8-4 articulated in the Sierra Nevada along the Yuba River on my Yuba River Sub. This is Wagon Wheel Gap on the San Juan Ridge between the South and Middle forks of the Yuba River.

Tom,
Real nice, looks as real as it gets.!, SUPER PIC!!!
As usual it is a toss up between two, I can't decide so I'll cheat just a bit.
This is the shot of the Bat Mobile exiting the Bat cave, I tried for over an hour to get this shot, too dark, too fuzzy, until I lit the Batmobile up with a tiny spot light enabeling me to show the red glow of the cave interior and the car at the same time, it was one of the hardest pics to photograph than I can remember.
This shot of the Local Officer stopping to chat with his old pal in the pick up truck.
The scene is simple but captures a certain small town feel about the layout, not a lot of distractions, some very creative lighting and just the right perspective really draws me to this scene over and over again.
Well, I'm off to get some rest, this picture posting thing got me worn out...

Here is a scene I built around FOS Scle Limited's kitWKLO Radio. This scene is going to be on the outskirts of Ogden on the Tam Valley RR (http://www.tamvalleyrr.com).

That's some pretty nice looking modeling (and the sun lit illumination doesn't hurt at all). Is there enough room for you get further from the real trees in the background? Their size is about the only give away I was seeing in your scene.
Lovin' it!

How about it, Grampy's? Letting your many fans know exactly WHERE all that beautifully scenicked track is going?

I was back on page 2, but that was almost a year ago now.
This was on WPF last week. There's more to it than meets the lens of the camera.
The traffic lights are the Walthers ones, and they sequence appropriately through red, yellow and green. The "HOTEL" sign is from Miller Engineering, and it's animated, too. To your left is the House of Haggis Scottish restaurant, and the Heartbreak Hotel, complete with The King and his hound dog, is on the right.

Very nice, I know that guy in the fore ground, he visits my layout often and I've seen him on many layouts I wonder why on all most ALL the layouts I've seen this guy on, he's always crossing the street...LOL!
Hi Jess: You've got a keen eye for details. Here's my plump, hair challenged, older guy lounging in front of the deli, letting his probably large meal settle.
