Good morning. It's 77° with 93% humidity. It feels like 86° already. The high will be 95° and will feel like 103°.Not feeling 100% this morning. A little dizzy and my balance is a bit off. It's like the room keeps tilting from one side to the other. Seems like a good idea to stay off my feet and watch the TV for a while. Good thing I had no plans.

8 string bass..... Ah. Barry? Is it tuned in the normal way but just has double strings for each? How does it affect the sound of the bass... Never saw one of them before.
Gotta go mow the lawn.

Afternoon All,
It is still morning here, but since most of you are in earlier time zones, I figured I would cater to your time.
Currently it is 70 with an expected high of 91. The nights are cooling off, but the days are still quite warm.
Busy day off as usual. Have one load of laundry going, and getting ready to start another. need to vacuum the upstairs, clean the stove, and cook three dinners. Then put the dinners into small one person containers and freeze them so I have some meals for several days. Received 50 feet of 6 conductor telephone cable from Tony's Train Exchange, so I can connect the next Digitrax UP 5 panel, that will give me a total of 7 panels to operate the layout. I also plan on w**king on a few mini-scenes and maybe run a train or two. Also painted the walls of the Walthers Hardwood Furniture building, so I may start to assemble that. Lots of windows to install in that kit also.
Prayers to all in need.

EDIT: I got top so lunch is on me.

Hey there everyone. Well, in that WoWP game, I have been involved in over 100 battles of which I have scored about 20 victories. I had recently bought a F2A Buffalo in the game and is currently my favorite aircraft. In addition to that, I have a Curtis P-36, Hawk 75M, F3F and F2F. I still have the biplanes mainly because sometimes I find a need to have a small nimble fighter that can put bombs on target.

Evening guys
I think I'm done buying trains for a while, and I'm going to have quite a few cars for sale. I managed to win 4 6-packs of Walthers BN coal gondolas off that auction site. I could have gotten those 24, or 15 Exactrails. Add that to the 13 I already have, I get 37. Of which I have to renumber 24 . Add that to the 20 MDC thralls I have and the 1 athearn RTR one (I have to renumber the MDC ones, as they are numbered for woodchip gons) and I get 58. That's not counting the 17 MDC 3-bays I have.
But I'm looking at selling those MDC 3-bays as they don't really fit in for unit trains on the BN. They seem to be fetching a pretty penny there (last few I've seen have gone for over $15 for BN), so I figure my set with loads should fetch a fair amount. Hopefully enough to buy the Exactrail ones.
Anyone know who can do custom decals? I would need a bunch of white BN numbers. I'm pretty sure the font is helvecta, but the size I don't know.
Jake, so that's about 1 victory every 5 battles? I wonder, are the battles really small? I'm used to the "massive furball" type games. Of course some of them have crazy ammo count, but it's great fun taking 1 F-4 and whipping a "elite" squad of 8 Su-37s. lol

Wants: 1. high-quality, sound equipped, SD40-2s, C636s, C30-7s, and F-units in BN. As for ones that don't cost an arm and a leg, that's out of the question....
2. An end to the limited-production and other crap that makes models harder to get and more expensive.
Woke up feeling bad this morning. Dizzy and off balance. I felt better later in the day and got a little bit of restoration work work done on one of the computers. Went to Los Mayas Mexican restaurant with my fatther and step mother for dinner. Now it's time to call it a night. See y'all tomorrow.
Ray: This one can be tuned to a standard tuning or alternative tuning as well...I tend toward more of a drop D style here. Tonality is pretty dense on this one.....lower in tone but also richer quality I find.
