Good evening everyone,

Colin, Prayers for your grandmother and sister.  My wife had pneumonia last winter, which wasn't a lot of fun so this fall we both got pneumonia shots when we got our flu shots.  Hope they work.

Grayson, I like having you young guys post.  I have 3 teenage grandchildren, so if you don't mind hanging out with an old geezer like me, why should I object.

Oh, and I never had a problem with Deputy.  He and I still exchange emails from time to time.  We have some common interests such as CNJ and PRR.

Boy, I just spent an hour of life I won't get back looking at old color movies of trains on YouTube. Off to the layout. May you and your grandmom feel better, Colin.

Well, I'm off to sleep. I just talked to my grandmom, and shes really not feeling any better, but how can you when you have pneumonia. I have been feeling horrible. The weather is causing my body to hurt. My knee is throbbing, my finger I broke a few years ago is hurting, and my back is really killing. I hope it goes away soon.

Have a good night everyone.

Hi all . well that G gauge set I bought a week and a half ago went back today as I opened it up thanksgiving evening and no paperwork at all the dvd was missing (I know I don't really need all that but) and one piece of curve track was crimped) that was far enough to know I didn't want to go any father.

So I guess I'll just stick to O gauge where I belong. Big Smile [:D]

Not to much happening here today wife and I went out and stopped in about 5 different stores and bought notta Whistling [:-^]

Well talk to you all later

Good evening everyone,

It was an OK day here. We didn't get much school work so thats a good thing. I had my pre- physical for my surgery a few minutes ago, and all went well. I also got my flu shot and hepatitis (sp?) shot as well.

Well, my grandmom was hospitalized earlier because of pneumonia. Sadly, she has been there since 7AM, and finally got a room a 4:30PM. Also, my sister may have it now. Can you guys please say prayers for them? Also, I need prayers for a friend, whos grandfather passed away over the weekend. He had cancer a few years ago, and was lucky enough to get rid of it, but sadly, it came back even more malignant. They found it less than a month ago, and gave him 2 months to live. Thank you for all the prayers.

I'm not meaning to start anything, but Grayson, when (presently) has anyone called you Zeke or Dep?

Seems to be a touch of unpleasantness here at the Coffee Pot, as of late B.K.  Contractors will be by later on to give an estimate on the hole in the wall from the stray panel truck.  Fortunately, enough folks cared to keep things going, swept up the mess, and covered the wall.  Maybe we can install a new drive thru window for those who don't wish to grab a stool.

As for Grayson, just come in and sit next to me kid.

The plastic pins go on the two short rails, look close and you will see that they are isulated.they are next to each other. one on the straight and one on the curve.

I'm guessing both inside pins of each turn.  I think that is how both of my 0-27 switches are.  Someone can chime in to correct me as I only messed with them for a little while.

Just got back from my annual civic responsibilities - jury duty. When the criminals found out I was in the potential jury pool, they all pleaded out and we got to come home at 10:30 am.

Another beautiful day here. High will be 65, bright and sunny Cool [8D]

Chief, my mom spent about 5 years training the squirrels in the back yard of her house. Got to the point they would come and sit on her shoulder to get some treats. And yes- you should be wary of that antlers hat Buckeye sent you...

Have a great day all.

Went to Target in Lake Worth FL today(nov. 27 '07)and saw they have Lionel train sets at a regular Target store this year, last year it was only at Target Super stores. They have both the diesel and the steam locomotives sets and track add-on packs for Fastrac, four straights and four curves, also a whistle and train hat set, did not see any prices!!

Also got my CTT mag on saturday, Jan. 08 issue.

Been busy with Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

Just picked up my new issue of CTT.  I had to pay homage to Fifedog and Buckeye!  I also got some 0-54 Realtrax curves.  $5 a piece isn't the cheapest thing I have ever seen...

CHIEF, you'll have to teach me that special whistle next time you come to Harrisburg.  You should try and feed them out of your hand, we did this when I was a kid.  We had a few deer  that would come down to the farmers silos and we would feed them there at nite, was pretty cool.  GOOD LUCK, sort of like the PIED PIPER?

'Morning from a cold but sunny Chicago where I am back in the office for a few days. Added a second main line around the layout's perimeter last evening. Made it a bit 'shorter' just to fit its 027 curves within the outer 027 curves. Now eyeballing the yard or what passes for one. Lost the instructions I had for wiring 5121/1522 switches. Guess they'll be somewhere on the Lionel website. I'm sure the new ones work like my old ones.
