Haven't you ever heard / read on the label of 'naturally artificially flavored new and improved'?
i.e. smaller package with new colors, cheaper taste and higher price?

Careful, or I'll have some old witch will turn you into a newt! (But, you'll get better)

"...Huey "Piano" Smith and the Clowns, had recorded Sea Cruise with Bobby Marchan on the lead vocal. Ace Records thought that this would be a good vehicle for [Frankie]Ford.... So Huey Smith wrote down the words to the song and gave them to Ford, who still has that note to this day. Frankie recorded the vocal and it was added to the music from the Clowns' tapes to produce the final version. Sea Cruise was a massive hit across the country early in 1959, reaching number fourteen on the charts...."

Hey Craig, very, very, very niiiiccccceeee layout and train room. I'm starting off with FaasTrack (newbie - not exactly had a Lionelset up to when I was 9-10 yr old.) and your layout is very close to what I've had in mind for mine. I don't have a basement or large spare room, so I'm making a few drawings to come up with a modular layout on 4 X 4 or 5 X 5 sections that can be stacked in a rack and played with in the great room from time to time.
Amazing, my new hobby ( started a month or so ago) off with the idea of a Christmas train under the tree (Lionel's Holiday Express), and now I've put together a second train with a PRR Berkshire and cars concentrating on PRR, C&O (my favorite) and B&O lines. Of course, now I have buildings to put together and paint and figures and a few scenery items. Anyway, now working on removable wiring harness configurations & connections) to place under the FasTrack for track power and lighted buildings.
Good locos cost a pretty penny, but there are some decent older stuff (used) for fair prices too.
First matters first....the layout.[banghead]

Hmmmmm....Warm Apple Pie, Topped with slices of melted cheddar cheese, with sprinkles of smoked herring and cooked grits.........slowly enjoyed while lounging beside the shrubberies viewing the swallows carrying coconuts?

[Arthur and Servant come hopping across the countryside with the coconuts making the sound effect of horses' hooves.]

Arthur: WHOA THERE!

[More clopping up to the castle.]

Guard 1: HALT! Who goes there?

Arthur: It is I, Arthur, son of Uther Pendragon from the castle of Camelot, King of the Britons, Defeater of the Saxons, Sovereign of All England!

Guard 1: Who is the other one?

Patsy: I am!

Arthur: And this is my trusty servant Patsy. We have ridden the length and breadth of the land in search of knights who will join me in my court at Camelot. I must speak with your lord and master!

Guard 1: What? Ridden on a horse?

Arthur: Yes.

Guard 1: You're using coconuts!

Arthur: What?

Guard 1: You've got two empty halves of coconut and you're bangin' 'em together!

Arthur: So? We have ridden since the snows of winter covered this land, from the Kindom of Mercia...

Guard 1: (interrupting) Where'd you get the coconuts?

Arthur: We found them![:D]

Guard 1: Found them? In Mercia? The coconut's tropical!

Arthur: What do you mean?

Guard 1: Well, this is a temperate zone!

Arthur: The swallow may fly south with the sun, or the housemartin or the plumber may seek warmer climes in the winter, yet these are not strangers to our land!

Guard 1: Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?!

Arthur: Not at all! They could be carried.

Guard 1: What?! A swallow, carryin' a coconut?!

Arthur: It could grip it by the husk!

Guard 1: It's not a question of where he grips it, it's a simple question of weight ratios! A five-ounce bird could not carry a one-pound coconut!Wink [;)]

Arthur: Well it doesn't matter! Will you go and tell your master that Arthur from the court of Camelot is here.

Guard 1: Listen, in order to maintain airspeed velocity, a swallow needs to beat its wings 43 times every second, right?

Arthur: PLEASE!

Guard 1: Am I right?

Arthur: I'm not interested!

Guard 2: It could be carried by an African swallow...

Guard 1: Oh yeah, an African swallow maybe, but not a European swallow, that's my point.

Guard 2: Oh yeah, I agree with that...

Arthur: Will you ask your master if he wants to join my court at Camelot?

Guard 2: ...but then of course, African swallows are non-migratory...

Guard 1: Aah yeah...

[Arthur leaves with his servant, clip-clopping his way into the distance.]

Guard 1: ...so they couldn't bring their coconut back anyway...

Guard 2: Wait a minute! Supposing two swallows carried it together?

Guard 1: No, they'd have to have it on a line...

Guard 2: Well, simple! They'd just use a strand of creeper!

Guard 1: What, held under the dorsal guiding feathers?

Guard 2: Well why not???[%-)]

Laz, That's why we put shredded cheddar on top of refreid beans, the cheese helps cancel out the fiber of the beans. [oops] But it don't help with the gas. [:O]
