Here there be cats. LIONS with CAMERAS
narig01125th St on the #1 Broadway line again. Huge difference a lens and move a few feet on the platform makes. Thx IGN
Yup. I like those buildings and am trying to find a way to put them on my layout.
So far I am not happy with the perspectives I was able to get.
LION still thinks that he's a leopard. He's in the prominent tree to the left of the right-of-way.
He's at the left of the tan rectangle (PA speaker?) at the top of the green pillar.
Yup, you found him alright!
People over at Sub Chat were having trouble finding the LION. This one is for Sub Chat.
HA! You did not find him at the foot of the first red pillar. Sub Chat found him there.
Today's will be easier.
You guys are letting me down...
Nobody is even looking for the porr little LION
Picture posted 2/27: after eating all the food, Lion is poking his head out of the bag with the red label.
Today's picture: on the top left end of the light bar near where it anchors to the roof.
Yup, ewe found da LION, but now him has wandered off again. I think he went to da Bronix.
He's sitting on the wheel of the air compressor just to the right of the tracks.
I am trying to determine the location of this photo. There are absolutely NO single-track regular service routes on New York's subway system. However, there is a locaton between Wycoff and East New York, on route "L", where the track in one direction (I think eastbound ---or railroad southbound) is in the open, and the track for the opposite direction in a subway below. But I don't remember the stretch as straight and as long. Also, the switch bothers me. I don't recall any South Brooklyn RR switched industries on the line.
But on the LIRR Port Washington branch, north of Great Neck........
This is in the Bronx, on the Dyer Avenue Line. It used to be a four track line once upon a time, and so the southbound track is hidden on the other side of those grape vines.
Lion is in the hole in the gate bar.
The LION is not in the cab. I think he is on top of that exhausty thing above the 280 number.
LION is on the floodlight atop the interlocking tower.
