Aw, quite pickin' on Baltimore!  You can't beat it for boiled crabs n' beer!

Although I wish crab meat liked me as much as I like it...Ick!  

 

I can pick on Baltimore, I live there. Well, to be more specific I have lived in central Maryland near Baltimore my whole life, and worked in and around Baltimore as well.

As noted by others, those crabs are steamed.......

My grandfather was in the bar and restaurant business, when I was little guy, I would help him steam the crabs.

Spent many a summer day in my youth catching them in the Magothy River.

These days I live north of Baltimore, where the mighty Susquehanna empties into the Chesapeake Bay, still only a 35 minute ride to downtown on a good traffic day.........

So I have seen 1309 many times in my many trips to the B&O museum over these many years. Can't waite to see her run......
