Have fun with your trains

Yes, you are correct! However, you're not making the connection. There is that minority out there. THINK: What group has the largest concentrated group of single mother households in metropoliton areas in the U.S? I could also give you the detailed info as to why ultra-baggy jeans and tatoos are favored, but "Nuff" said! We could talk off list.

QUOTE: Don't be so ready to fulfill the stereotype. - You can make that weak argument, but think realistically and research modern Sociology. For the last 60 years, with the help of "Hollywood" pink has been associated with "The Stereotype" you're referring to. Pink is in style today because Hollywood, along with "high end" fashion adverstisers have "made it cool". This is the same group that for years has pushed that the ideal woman is 5 foot 7, weighs an anorexic 100 pounds, and the ideal "man" shows some "feminine" characteristics. [:I] You can do the research yourself and see this is being pushed by persons in positions of influence. QUOTE: I like the color pink - Yes, many do, for the reasons above. QUOTE: You guys are just hating on it because you associate the color pink with being gay or with being "girly". "hating on it"? Quit fronting? Sausage party? What's with the ghetto" speak?. O.K, fine........Let's "Keep it Real: [8D] It's not the 1950s, it's the 21st century. Since you obviously were not around 20 or 30 years ago, you have not seen the changes that those of us over 30 have seen. You can justify and argue all you wish, but we've seen society sliding in some very sad directions. Broke Back Mountain?? That is the tip of the iceberg. O.K, more info; One of the reasons "pink" has been adapted by many males today: From the 1980s thru today an overwhelming number of households have become single parent.....in most case single mom. Over the years many boys have not had many male role models in their lives, including a number of celebrities like Tupac. While maintaining "masculinity", many youths started adopting the traits of their mothers, which was to be expected. Mommy has been forced to become "daddy" as well. Most didn't become "gay" as some are trying to insinuate, but nevertheless the acceptance of pink and other traditionally feminine traits by males is one of the effects of this. Again, do the research QUOTE: Long Live the pink line.-GM It may. Again, an unsurprising sign of the times. But it's important the we know why instead of being ignorant of the rapid changes ocurring in society. "Keeping it real".[;)]
