Hey Jean! welcom or should i say Bienvanue!

Let's see now, is that Canadian Highs and Mexican Lows or Canadian Lows and Mexicans Highs?

Speaking of Cheech and Chong . . . you go 99 miles ... turn right ... 99 miles [8D]

and another one . . . We need volunteers to weed out the ___ patch [:p]

and another one . . . The Pope live at the Vatican (better not go there) [}:)]

and another one . . . Blind Melon Chittlin (another better not go there) [:0]

Enough of the Cheech and Chong, lol

Since we are on that subject . . . here is a question Does anyone remember a comedy routine that involved 2 old geisers out in the desert saying things like ...
What ever happen to (name forgotten) Floyd ate him. ( Floyd was a snake.) They say something about it being powerful gamey (smelly) then they talk about burrying the dead friend. They have a discussion about the Bible and one of them says "What ever happened to our Bible?" and the other one says, "We SMOKED it" And it ends with the 2 old geisers talking about women and how long it has been.
This was about say 1972 to 1975? I haven't found ANYONE who remember that routine. But it was a hoot back then. I don't know who put it out? But it was funny.

I would like to hear from anyone remembering this comedy sketch. Especially who made it, so I might get their albumn, tape, cd, etc.

Ed lol [:D] North of you and Bryan yes but still SOUTH of the M D line. [:D]

Ed speaking of Bryan, maybe one of these days you could arrange a little ride in the switcher for him. I am very sure he would love it. Anyway, just a thought.

Hello Jean

I second Joekoh's Welcome. I think you will like the forums. I highly recommend the Stupid Question Thread. I am adding a link to it so it will be easy to get to.

Hi Badden
Per chance do you work for or have any contact with AARC, Australian Aisan Railway Company?
If so, do you know a gentleman by the name of Jack Jenkins?
Tell him Ed Blysard from the P.T.R.A. in Houston says hey![8D]

Sask__T , for those who welcome email they list it in their profile. Some, like myself, give other info also. Please feel free to email me. I always enjoy "nice" emails from other railfans and rr ers. Stay safe, and remember "Look, Listen, and Live"

Everyone, remember our service people who are serving their country.

As a newcomer to these forums, I have evidently missed out on lots of exciting debate-this topic is 8 pages long--wow. Now for my 2ยข worth.

Missouri: what a nut-case! Why did he get let back on the forum?

Here we had numerous contributors trying their best to reason with this "person" (and I use this term loosely in this regard), and the recipient of these good intentions refuses to acknowledge any of the replies. He is obviously VERY irrational, and no matter what logic, sense, judgment, intellect, or wisdom is employed, it will be to no avail, for an irrational person cannot think on a rational level. He will be totally blinded by his fury, angst, inner voices, dementia, or whatever drives him on. Too bad, really. Just think of the good he could actually do if he applied his considerable energy to something constructive.
