You're welcome, I will try to keep the cake commodities up around here. Since too many people thrive on chocolate cake, inculding myself. I could make some as well...just to be doing something

I am supposed to be moving to Keystone Heights in two weeks, and that's closer to Jacksonville. Tarpon Springs is about a two hour drive from me now. Archer is four miles west of Gainesville

Joanie can sympathize with you, CW- she's had orthoscopic surgery in one knee a few years ago, and has been dealing with more pain around there the last couple of weeks due to a hip problem- the doc gave her a cortizone shot for that.

Morning All,

Mooks, don't worry about te green stuff. More or less, it's penicillin. Big Smile [:D]

CW, hope the knee gets better. If you're up for some extreme therapy, I know a guy who goes out and intentionally gets stung when his knees are acting up. I believe there's cortisone in bee venom. Like I said, it seems a bit extreme, but he swears by it.

Don't have a whole lot to report otherwise. Denver has been slowing starting to warm up again, but we have a cold front coming through for the weekend that should drop us back into the low 80's, with a better threat for afternoon storms. Hopefully they stay afternoon storms as I think I'm headed up another 14er over the weekend. I think I'm going to try Quandary Peak up towards Breckenridge. It'll be a new one if I make it, and I can lower my count of remaining 14ers.

Well, I suppose I should head to the salt mines. Hope you all have a great day!

EDIT: Woo hoo! Top Page Honors! Go Me!

See that you are in a good mood this morning.  Maybe I can borrow your hammock,
when you are through?  My knee is acting up this morning (and NOT in a good way,
either!)

Have got bacon, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy available this morning, if no
one wants any of the bagels.  Mookie, did you bring the bagels in, or did we have
a visitor bearing gifts last night?

Everyone have a great day, take care of yourselves.

CW - you may have the hammock.  I am investigating those bagels.  Seems they were donuts left over from sometime ago.  Wondered what was in them that was green!  Blush [:I]

Oh well - it didn't taste too bad....

Stocking up on full body armor now, Brian?

Looks like this weekend is going to line up just like last weekend - Sunny and warm up to Friday, then showers and thunderstorms on Saturday and Sunday...  Can't complain from the business standpoint of the RR, though - if they can't play outside, they'll come ride the train.  Makes it hard on the people who have to work on the ground, though...

Tell you what, CW, you can have the recliner while you wait for an opening on the hammock.  I'll be pretty busy today, tying up loose ends here at work before I head west.

It's the middle of the week for some of us!

It is warm - to be hot.  No water spots on the pavement.

Landlord cut down a lot of the underbrush and trees along our east lot line.  It is fun to watch the squirrels peer down from about 15 feet in the air and the birds looking for their branches to land on that are now missing.

The rabbits now have to stand on their hind legs to hide behind the tree trunks that are left.

I am here first, so pushed the coffepot around, spilled coffee on counter, sprinkled oj all over (well! Got paw wet from trying to stir it and shook it off!) ate a bagel and licked the top of the butter!

I am pleased!

Hammock calleth!

Okay, the surprise for supper tonight is:  baked ham, with corn on the cob,
baked beans, slaw or potato salad.

Also, I made a FULL SIZED SHEET CHOCOLATE  CAKE for dessert
tonight.  (Mookie, there is already some sliced and put in a couple of
containers for you to take home for you and Driver, along with a couple
of containers with ham, corn on the cob, etc. )

So, there should be plenty of chocolate cake to soothe everyone's ruffled
feathers.

Looks like I got my insane butt out at a good time this morning, seems to have gotten interesting around here.

Well, I'll have a ham sandwich and take the time to give the cat a good scratching.

//scratches cat behind ears and under chin//

That's not a purr, thats a rumble!

See those who stay up at 3am.
